The signature set meal is a loach with three flavors: thick loach sauce soup, burdock shreds and half-cooked egg liquid to make Yanagawa hot pot, and the most amazing is the loach hot pot. The fat and tender loach, with light soy sauce, a lot of chopped green onions, stewed in a black peat stove, is not to be envied by the gods. Add a grilled loach, which is better than eel. Put together four things, it means good luck in all four seasons.

Loach is very different from the traditional loach in China. It is a very small species. Compared with the famous Chinese dish loach stewed with tofu, this one has a much stronger taste. To be fair, it is definitely not as complicated as the Chinese cuisine; but in terms of perfection, it is really quite stylish. Simple tofu, soy sauce soup, loach and eel, it reflects the "freshness" to the fullest. I will miss the taste.
Komagata Dozeu (Asakusa branch) is located at 1-7-12 Komagata 111-0043, Taito-ku, Tokyo. It is an old shop in Asakusa with a history of 200 years. This loach hotpot can be tasted in a very small place. It is grilled over charcoal and has a very flavorful taste. It is more delicious than you would expect. It has no mud taste and the portion is not large. It is very good for a light taste. It is worth coming here to broaden your horizons and taste the persistence of this old shop.
It is said that this is a great building where you can feel the history of Japan. When I made a reservation, I ate loach for the first time. It was very delicious. However, it was very painful because the posture for eating was "sitting upright". I think it would be nice to go once as a traditional Japanese style.
This Japanese restaurant located near Sensoji Temple is really famous and has been selected into the list of Ctrip Food Forest restaurants. The sashimi here is so fresh that it melts in your mouth!
