
日本当地向导颜加钰Kuaweishan specializes in 12 parts of Kobe beef. Except for the cold raw beef appetizer and the fatty beef "reverse shabu-shabu", the other ten beef dishes are grilled.
The shop has three small cubicles for four people and eight bar seats. The kitchen is embedded between the cubicles and the bar. The chef and owner Kua Weishan bakes and seasons the food himself, opens the wooden windows of the cubicles, and serves it to the table. Served with a small brand of Daiginjo, the 12 courses of beef were a really great experience.
