I continue to be captivated by the fascinating restaurant stories of this dining experience. They encompass the origins of ingredients and the rich cultural heritage of South America, seamlessly blended with unique flavors and exquisite cuisine. The chef began by introducing ingredients from Peru, setting the stage for our nine-course feast. Each dish, named after a different altitude, showcased the diversity of ingredients&mdash;from fresh seafood, highland fruits and vegetables, to a variety of meats.

The entrance is very low-key, and the decoration is not gorgeous or exaggerated, which is a kind of low-key luxury. The decoration inside the restaurant is in the traditional palace style. There are only a few tables in the large space, so that each guest can enjoy it quietly without being disturbed by the adjacent guests. Eating here is not just a meal, but also a supreme enjoyment of vision, taste and touch. The service posture of each waiter is extremely elegant. Every turn, every look back, every gesture, is like watching a gorgeous performance.

The lunch menu featured vegetable starters, beef tenderloin with potato gnocchi, sawara fish, and cheesecake as standouts. All dishes were well put together and surprisingly tasty. The place is small but cozy and feels at home even during lunch time. Olivier was very nice and was happy to explain his culinary creations as he served you the food. Highly recommend a lunch at Chez Olivier and we must admit, the prices are super good.

Garden Lounge is located at 4-1 Kioicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Hotel New Otani Tokyo Tower Lobby Floor 102-8578. There are not many seats in the restaurant. Many people have to wait for a table during the peak hours around 8 am. The food is of Chinese, Japanese and Western types, and the taste is OK. The window seats have a view of the garden. I noticed for 2 days that most of the windows with good views are reserved for Japanese people, so it&#39;s a pity.

The food is very exquisite, each one is made to order, and you can see the night view of the entire restaurant because it rotates! The service attitude is also very good. It is highly recommended for couples who want to enjoy the atmosphere. It is also suitable for business talks because there is a private space for talking about things.
