I had a delightful afternoon tea here, with beautifully crafted sweets and a casual atmosphere. The staff were polite, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The savory dishes created by the two-Michelin-starred chef were exquisite, especially the Wagyu beef empanadas. A must-try for anyone visiting!

The lunch course was impressive, with a rich chicken liver parfait and tender wagyu beef cheek. Everything was delicious and satisfying.

This stylish bistro near Tokyo Station is perfect for any occasion, offering a great atmosphere and a variety of menu options that cater to different tastes.

The restaurant on the 7th floor offers fantastic food and service, with stunning views of Tokyo Station. The prices are very reasonable for such a high-quality experience.

The sashimi is very fresh. The bluefin tuna belly^ is so delicious to eat. The sea urchin^ is not fishy and has a sweet taste, so you can eat as much as you want. And the favorite New Zealand lobster^🦐! The sashimi platter^ is quite fresh, all thick cuts 🍣 are very soft and glutinous, super satisfying.
The beef is the best raw beef^, the grilled eel and foie gras^ are big and thick and unlimited, and the charcoal grilled oysters🦪 are also delicious.

It is a western restaurant, the food is super good, and it is located in Ginza, which is very convenient. The seafood tastes good, but the portions are very small. The juice tastes very good.

The ambiance of the restaurant was very classy and elegant, and they seated us near the window so that we could always enjoy the view. All the dishes were incredible and delicious. I especially loved the veal with tuna sauce.

Every dish was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable, and the shrimp and caviar tarts that opened the meal were particularly delicious and memorable. The shrimp, marinated in yellow wine, were topped with sparkling yellow wine jelly, and the flaky, thin tart crust was incredibly delicious. While many Japanese ingredients were used, the cuisine was rich in the flavors of the many countries Chef Daniel had experienced to date&mdash;not just Japan, but many other countries.

Renowned for his exquisite sushi techniques and strict temperature control, Chef Hidetoshi Namba is extremely particular and meticulous about the temperature control of sushi. Depending on the type of fish and the season, the temperature of rice and toppings is precisely adjusted to within 1&deg;C. This careful adjustment ensures that each piece of sushi has the best balance of flavors in your mouth.

Obviously the environment and service can understand why it was downgraded, but the delicious Kaiseki cuisine provided did not disappoint, especially the performance of the puffer fish dishes was impressive. It is worth trying the few slices of wild goose in the hot pot, which is full of game flavor and should be a dish that gourmets with mature taste buds appreciate! The performance of fish dishes and wagyu sushi is also above the standard! The only thing that is not so special is the dessert, which is a bit ordinary! But you can feel the sincerity of the chef to preserve the original flavor of the precious ingredients and the moderate seasoning and refreshing taste! Compared with Kyoto Kisho, the price is affordable 😆
