Peter, this is not a person's name, but the name of a restaurant. It is very impressive. The environment style is not outstanding, but the service is very attentive, and their steaks are worth recommending.

Peter is located at 24F The Peninsula Tokyo 1-8-1 Yurakucho Chiyoda-ku Tokyo 100-0006. Loved the food and staff at Peter so much that we visited twice during our 4 day stay. The tuna and crab cake appetizers were superb and the Kobe beef was the best I have ever had! We received incredible service from Nicholas and Patrick. I cannot praise this restaurant enough.

The bar at the Peninsula Hotel in Tokyo has a very nice environment. There is a dedicated elevator that goes directly to the 24th floor. Most of the people there are business people. It is also one of the only places where you can smoke. The other smoking area is outside the Peninsula Hotel. The environment is really quite good, but it's a pity that I don't have time to enjoy it slowly.
