The bread in the bakery seems to be French style. Basically, the bread looks hard on the outside, but it tastes very fragrant, crispy on the outside, and quite soft on the inside. The price is acceptable, and it is also good to buy a piece to fill your stomach.

面包店感觉是走法国路线的面包，基本上看上去外表都硬硬的，但是吃起来非常的香，外表松脆，里面的性子还是挺柔软的，价格都是可以接受，买一块垫垫肚子也很好。

日本的蛋糕我觉得可能是原料的关系，奶香味特别浓郁，虽然价格不便宜，不过我还是很喜欢吃。point et ligne看到许多可爱的点心，都想吃

I think Japanese cakes have a strong milky flavor, probably because of the ingredients. Although they are not cheap, I still like them.

The sashimi is very fresh. The bluefin tuna belly^ is so delicious to eat. The sea urchin^ is not fishy and has a sweet taste, so you can eat as much as you want. And the favorite New Zealand lobster^🦐! The sashimi platter^ is quite fresh, all thick cuts 🍣 are very soft and glutinous, super satisfying.
The beef is the best raw beef^, the grilled eel and foie gras^ are big and thick and unlimited, and the charcoal grilled oysters🦪 are also delicious.

The ambiance of the restaurant was very classy and elegant, and they seated us near the window so that we could always enjoy the view. All the dishes were incredible and delicious. I especially loved the veal with tuna sauce.

Every dish was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable, and the shrimp and caviar tarts that opened the meal were particularly delicious and memorable. The shrimp, marinated in yellow wine, were topped with sparkling yellow wine jelly, and the flaky, thin tart crust was incredibly delicious. While many Japanese ingredients were used, the cuisine was rich in the flavors of the many countries Chef Daniel had experienced to date&mdash;not just Japan, but many other countries.

This careful adjustment ensures that each piece of sushi has the best balance of flavors in your mouth.

The open kitchen is an immersive experience. I think the beautiful presentation, the sound of the wood fire, the aroma, the encounter of flavors, the touch, and the passion that the chef has for each dish are all wonderful. This meal made me feel like I had opened a door to the unknown.
