A newly opened Japanese restaurant, salmon is 68 yuan per pound, tiger prawns are 48 yuan for 10 pieces, and sushi is basically 8 yuan per set. Visited Mifune Restaurant, a very authentic Japanese restaurant. The overall style is similar to Japanese sashimi and it is super fresh. It&#39;s really great. In addition, their grilled fish is also very good. I personally think this restaurant is very good!

Ryouriya Mifune

Roppongi, a French restaurant, has won two Michelin stars for eight consecutive years. Lunch starts at 5,800 (the same dinner costs 9,000 and lacks an appetizer), and reservations can be made a week in advance. Putting these sentences together, rounded up to &quot;a great deal&quot;.

In fact, you get what you pay for. I don&#39;t know if a dinner of 20,000 can taste the taste of money. 5,800 is not up to the expectations of Michelin two stars.

The course content can be roughly summarized as follows:

1. The soup looks good. It doesn&#39;t have much of a shady taste. You can buy some white asparagus at home and try to restore it to 50%. 50% is one star.

2. The charred and bitter fish. It washed away the sweetness left in the mouth by the previous soup. It&#39;s a bit difficult to cut and hard to maintain the demeanor. I have a prejudice against it.

3. The easy-to-understand foie gras will melt in your mouth. The portion is large and there is no appetizer to go with it. It&#39;s like sitting down in a sushi restaurant and ordering three large toro first. I&#39;m full by now.
4. The protagonist&#39;s fish dish. I don&#39;t understand why the broad beans don&#39;t go well with the taste?
5. The protagonist&#39;s meat dish. This one is really good. Unfortunately, I was already full after eating this.
6. Desserts. Except for sorbet and black tea, which relieved some bloating, the rest were too sweet and too strong. It reminded me of Aux merveilleux de Fred in Kagurazaka, and my teeth ached. I gave up in the end.

Very relaxed atmosphere with talented and attentive staff. The scallops, wagyu beef and lamb were especially amazing! Arne, the owner, is very proud of the restaurant - he told us wonderful stories from his time in Tokyo and Scotland. It&#39;s a magical place and I love it! Carmel and Paul.

I celebrated my friend&#39;s birthday at Kadowaki in Azabu, Tokyo, with a snow crab set meal. I ordered Ishidaya Junmai Daiginjo, which has a delicate taste and rich layers. The snow crab is very delicious 😋 I like the black truffle rice at the end the most. The black truffles here are much more fragrant than those in other places, so I made an exception and ate a small bowl!

It was a feast for the eyes from start to finish! It was so delicious. Can&#39;t wait to experience it again

Upon entering, you&#39;re greeted by a quiet counter seating area, but the owner&#39;s layout creates a relaxed atmosphere that naturally eases tension. The dishes are surprisingly exquisite from the start. As you progress, the flavors deepen. Yet, each dish truly showcases the original flavors of the ingredients, devoid of overly spiced dishes&mdash;a masterpiece of minimalism. They also offer a wide selection of sake from outside the prefecture, and even the ones on the menu are even more delicious when ordered differently. The food and drinks are meticulously crafted, seamlessly integrated. Enjoying the food while listening to the staff&#39;s explanations is both captivating and educational.
