Liushi is a very high-end noodle restaurant. The crab roe noodles here are absolutely amazing. It contains the crab meat and crab roe of five hairy crabs. It tastes so delicious that it makes your eyebrows drop. The price is indeed very expensive.

It is a western restaurant, the food is super good, and it is located in Ginza, which is very convenient. The seafood tastes good, but the portions are very small. The juice tastes very good.

The ambiance of the restaurant was very classy and elegant, and they seated us near the window so that we could always enjoy the view. All the dishes were incredible and delicious. I especially loved the veal with tuna sauce.

Every dish was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable, and the shrimp and caviar tarts that opened the meal were particularly delicious and memorable. The shrimp, marinated in yellow wine, were topped with sparkling yellow wine jelly, and the flaky, thin tart crust was incredibly delicious. While many Japanese ingredients were used, the cuisine was rich in the flavors of the many countries Chef Daniel had experienced to date&mdash;not just Japan, but many other countries.
