I like Sichuan cuisine, and I just want convenience, so we hit it off and decided to eat at this award-winning restaurant in Tokyo. The restaurant was crowded, so we waited about 15 minutes before a table was arranged for us, and it was quite comfortable. There are so many menu options.

在港区中心位置，有一家叫做&ldquo;四川&rdquo;的餐厅，这家餐厅一听名字就不难以猜出主打的就是川菜，这家店整体口味还是经过了改良，不是特别的辣。

Sichuan Chinese Restaurant

A standard fine dining restaurant.
The dining experience was very stable and pretty good.
But there was nothing special about it. It was neither good nor bad.

Environment:

The decoration was very regular, basically what we wanted.
The table was quite spacious and the lighting was beautiful.
It was also quite quiet when there were many people at night.
From the guests to the waiters, everyone was whispering.

Service:

The rhythm of serving dishes was very comfortable. The kitchen was reliable.
The waiters would consult about food taboos, tastes, and food preferences in advance.
And they responded quickly to the dishes. Very considerate.

White Truffle Foie Gras
There was really nothing to say about the ingredients, especially the foie gras.
It was not big, but it was not greasy.
You didn&#39;t feel sick after eating a whole portion. It was good.

Wagyu Beef Eye
The quality of the beef was quite good, with a fine and delicious texture.
Although it was wagyu, it didn&#39;t feel so greasy.
It didn&#39;t seem to have a lot of fat from the texture.

Clam Chowder
