RUOGUANNIANHUAGo to Japan in winter, sit in a private room and eat a kaiseki meal on the warmest side. Yoshida-ya has a long history despite its low-key appearance. It has been open since 1863. The main store is located in Tachiaigawa, and the branch I visited this time actually has a history of 20 years. It offers a variety of kaiseki dishes at different prices. We chose the kaiseki meal (snow meal) this time, 4,900 yen (excluding tax), 5,292 yen (including tax) (about 323 yuan), and 7 dishes are provided. I personally think it is very cost-effective. The dishes are very delicate and small, making people reluctant to eat. I often heard friends complain that Japanese food is good-looking but not filling. If you choose this restaurant, you can rest assured. You will be full after eating such a set. The soba noodles, which were the last to appear, were also very particular in how they were eaten: first, pour an appropriate amount of chopped green onions into the cup with the sauce according to personal preference, then pick up the soba noodles and dip them in it, and after eating, pour the soup stock into the cup to make a bowl of clear soup that can relieve greasiness.
