Walking on the streets of Tokyo, there are sushi restaurants everywhere. So I randomly chose Sushi Imamura. The environment was quite spooky and there were not many customers. In addition to eating sushi, I also ordered special sake.

寿司是非常新鲜的种类也多，但更重要的其实是酱油，日本的酱油，太好吃了。

A standard fine dining restaurant.
The dining experience was very stable and pretty good.
But there was nothing special about it. It was neither good nor bad.

Environment:

The decoration was very regular, basically what we wanted.
The table was quite spacious and the lighting was beautiful.
It was also quite quiet when there were many people at night.
From the guests to the waiters, everyone was whispering.

Service:

The rhythm of serving dishes was very comfortable. The kitchen was reliable.
The waiters would consult about food taboos, tastes, and food preferences in advance.
And they responded quickly to the dishes. Very considerate.

White Truffle Foie Gras
There was really nothing to say about the ingredients, especially the foie gras.
It was not big, but it was not greasy.
You didn&#39;t feel sick after eating a whole portion. It was good.

Wagyu Beef Eye
The quality of the beef was quite good, with a fine and delicious texture.
Although it was wagyu, it didn&#39;t feel so greasy.
It didn&#39;t seem to have a lot of fat from the texture.

Clam Chowder
The soup base was indeed rich, but it was similar to foie gras and not greasy.
