The view, food and service were amazing, the chef is British and loves flowers so every dish was adorned with little flowers which was lovely.

From the 31st floor, overlooking Tokyo Tower, the entire restaurant is bathed in a dreamy pastel green hue, making any photo you take feel like you're in a movie. 🎬 🏠The Jade Room + Garden Terrace 📍The Tokyo Edition Toranomon, 31F, 4-1-1 Toranomon, Minato Ward, Tokyo, 105-0001 The most amazing thing is their Yamagata pork tenderloin with broccoli puree—it's incredibly tender! The shrimp and creamy broccoli mousse combo is also exceptional, and the mackerel is perfectly prepared without any fishy smell. Every dish is presented like a work of art. The Yamagata pork is a must-try; the fat content is incredibly balanced. The club seaweed roll is a perfect ending! Note: The view from the 31st floor is incredible, so we recommend booking a window table! Be sure to budget generously, but the combination of the night view and delicious food is definitely worth it. The waiter patiently explains the characteristics of each dish and even offers to help you take beautiful photos. Be sure to order a glass of wine and slowly admire the night view. The pink and emerald green light and shadows against the night sky are absolutely stunning! The food and service at this restaurant were exceptional! The onion custard and elderflower sorbet were highlights, and the view of Tokyo Tower from the terrace was breathtaking, especially at night.
