I waited for about half an hour before I was seated. I chose the Tempura Udon. The Udon was very chewy and had a good texture. I ate it in big bites at first, but the noodles didn&#39;t taste like soup later on, and were lighter. I suggest you take a small bite to dip it in for a more flavorful taste.
