As a milk lover, I really enjoyed their vanilla ice cream. The creaminess was just right, and you could tell the milk was fresh. The yogurt was also quite nice, simple and clean. A good spot for a light, wholesome treat.

Cozy spot by the lake. The fireplace and piano music were nice, but their wine list is a bit limited.

A great first taste of Hakodate. Situated at the market, and easy to find. The uni was so fresh and creamy it melts in your mouth. Will definitely come back if I’m back at Hakodate again.

No. 1 of Local Restaurants in Hakodate

Grilled herring with roe was the standout. Really fresh and flavorful. The sashimi and scallops with butter were good too. Just a solid meal after a long walk.

I highly recommend trying the special shio ramen here! The broth is light yet rich in flavor, and the toppings are well-balanced. It's a true representation of Hakodate's ramen culture.

If you're a seafood lover, this place is a gem! The live squid sashimi is incredibly fresh and has a delightful crunch. It's definitely worth a visit.
