It&rsquo;s definitely on our list to do when we visit Ipoh! There are so so many choices and restaurants to be chose from in Ipoh and all comes with pretty good review. We picked Chooi Yue Dim Sum after having a hard time choosing and we were right. We all left with happy and very full tummy.Be sure to get there early as there was already a long queue when we reached around 930 in the morning. Once we got in, we were so spoiled with choices of dim sum! We ordered the classic Char Siew Pau, egg tarts, yam puff, siew mai, carrot cake. My personal favourite would be the liu sha pau that was stuffed with piping hot, smooth, creamy and buttery filling. The fried stuff were also nicely done, those were crispy and fragrant. Not forget to mention, the price point was very very reasonable! I can&rsquo;t praise enough for this restaurant.All in all, I highly recommend a visit to Chooi Yue restaurant for Dim Sum if you are in Ipoh ! It&rsquo;s definitely worth the wait.

Second time here, the white tom yum really hit the spot on a chilly evening. Just the right level of heat to warm you up. Portion was decent for the price. I&#39;ll be back for that soup.

The fish head noodle soup&#39;s tomato and pickled veggie broth is the star. Nice sour kick, and the fish is fresh.

Love the build-your-own bowl concept. Great variety of fresh toppings and seeds for a healthy meal.
