The poutine was spot on, best I've had outside Quebec. The fish and chips batter had a great crunch. My only note: the wine list felt a bit limited for a place with such solid comfort food. Would've loved a richer red to go with the gravy.

This place nails the basics. The burger was juicy and cooked just right, the fries were crispy and hot. No frills, just exactly what you want from a classic spot. The vibe is relaxed and unpretentious.

Stopped in for lunch on the drive back from Fort Smith. The beers were properly cold, which hit the spot. My burger was cooked just right, juicy and not dry at all. Good, solid spot for a quick bite.

The pineapple beer was a fun surprise! It's way more refreshing than I expected. They've got a good lineup of local Kansas brews too.

The staff was so nice and helpful! They suggested adding queso to the chili verde dip and it was a game changer for sharing with friends.

A decent pizza spot on Mass St. The pepperoni and mushroom pie was pretty good, nice crispy crust. They have a solid beer list and some old arcade games, which is a nice touch. A bit on the pricey side, but fine for a casual dinner.

The Palace's dinner special for two was a nice, filling meal. I really liked the booth they gave us, tucked away with all those plants around it. Felt very cozy and private.

Decent spot to catch a game with friends. Plenty of TVs, and the vibe is pretty good. It was a bit loud for my taste, but overall a fine place for a casual night out.

Solid chicken and waffles for a quick breakfast. Chicken was juicy, waffle had that pancake texture. Got my order in under 5 minutes, which is perfect for my lunch break.

Found this spot inside a hotel lobby. The food is seriously good, and the vibe is chill enough for a casual catch-up with friends. We ended up staying way longer than planned just chatting.

Andrew handled our big birthday group like a pro. His wine suggestion was spot-on for the table.

Been coming here for lunch for years. Always quick and consistent. The food's solid, service is reliable. You know exactly what you're getting. Good for a fast, no-surprises bite.

BLT was solid. Toasted bread, good balance of bacon, lettuce, tomato. The sweet potato fries with jalapeño ranch were a nice touch. Quick service too.

The Bourbonater burger was cooked just right and had a ton of flavor. Really solid.

Nice spot for a quiet meeting. The vibe is relaxed, decor's pretty cool. Had a simple pasta here, nothing crazy. It was fine, a bit pricey for what it was. Would maybe come back if in the area.

The drip coffee here is reliably good, and I appreciate that their beans always taste fresh. A solid choice for a simple, quality cup.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Dim sum came out fast, which is key for me. Tried the BBQ pork buns - really good. Menu has a lot of options. Solid spot for a quick bite.

Service was friendly and on point. They were super patient with my toddler's messy eating, which made the whole lunch way less stressful.

Our group of five shared a few appetizers and mains. Came in under $200, which felt fair for the amount of food we got. The portions are definitely generous.

The flan was a highlight for me. It had that thick, traditional texture I love, and the lucuma ice cream was a nice, subtle surprise. Honestly, I'd go back just for those two.

This place has such a warm, cozy feel. It’s a family-run spot, and you can tell they put care into everything. The chicken gyro was really good, and the meat pies are a must-try.

Cozy spot with all the TVs for the game. Had a beer and the fish and chips—crispy batter, good fries. Just a solid, comfortable place to unwind. Nothing fancy, but that's the point.

The make-your-own bowl setup is so fun for a group! Loved choosing all the fresh stuff and seeing it cooked on the round grill. The 'Burn the Village' sauce is legit spicy, but they have tons of others to try. Perfect for a casual hangout.

Been coming here for years, it's a solid spot downtown. The food's always tasty and they don't skimp on the good stuff. Got the chicken pesto pasta last time, portion was huge, took half home. Price felt right for what you get.

This place has a chill, neighborhood vibe you don't find everywhere in Lawrence. Just grabbed a coffee and sat for a bit. Felt like a nice little escape without leaving town.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. The salmon sashimi is the move here—really thick, kinda buttery for the price. Had that and a couple rolls. Everything was solid.

Tracy was super helpful with the wine list. The chef also came out to check on us, which was a nice touch during a busy night.

Came here with friends for a catch-up dinner. The low lighting and modern vibe made it feel special but not stuffy. We could actually hear each other talk! Perfect for a relaxed group hangout.

The thick-cut torched bacon was the star. Really enjoyed it with a glass of their house red—the smoky notes paired nicely. Could have been a touch crispier for my taste, but the flavor was spot on.

I had the pleasure of dining at The Wandering Vine for my anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. The food was exquisite, especially the lobster tagliatelle, and the ambiance of the castle added a magical touch to our evening.
