The staff were really attentive, especially when it came to splitting the bill for drinks. It made the whole evening so much easier. A nice touch for our birthday dinner.

Been coming here for years. The cepelinai with bacon and sour cream is always solid, proper portion. Just a classic, no fuss.

Been coming here for years, and the food’s always spot on. That’s why I keep coming back. Just wish they’d turn the music down a notch—it’s a bit much for a relaxed meal. Still, can’t fault the dishes.

We booked a stay here and it was really nice. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The bed was super comfy, which made for a very restful night. A very pleasant experience.

Been coming here for years, and their specials are always on point. The seasonal chicken burger is a regular winner.

Lovely spot by the water. The building itself is beautiful, but the walk from the car park could be a bit clearer after dark.

The beef bourguignon pie was lovely. The pastry was so flaky and light, not stodgy. The mash and veg were just right. Really enjoyed it.

No Mac & Cheese. Different veg to normal. No beef. Due to a 50% off promo that was running - so was very busy and obviously not enough food sadly. However, very good service.

Great dinner, and the staff were lovely. The wine list had some nice options to pair with the food.

The Taste of Mexico platter is a great way to try a bit of everything. The tacos were fresh, and the guacamole was spot on. Portions are generous, so come hungry!

Been coming here for years, and Beth is the reason. She always remembers my nut allergy, double-checks the kitchen herself. Last time, she even sorted a little birthday surprise for my mate without us asking. That kind of attention is why I keep coming back.

Booked a table for the big match. The screens are huge, and the energy in the room was just right—loud enough to feel the game, but you could still chat. Smart move reserving ahead.

The burgers are solid, and they even have water bowls for dogs. Great spot to hang with friends and their pups!

The food is top-notch. Had the grilled sea bass last night, skin was perfectly crisp and the flesh just flaked apart. A bit pricey for the portion, but the flavour was spot on.

The private room upstairs was perfect for our group! The buffet had loads of options, and the staff were so helpful with setting everything up.

Decent pub, the food was tasty. As someone with a gluten intolerance, I was pleasantly surprised by the menu. They had a good few options I could actually eat, which isn't always the case. The portion for my fish and chips was generous for the price.

Great spot for a quick bite. Got the chicken burger and fries. Food came out fast, which was perfect as I was on a tight lunch break. The place was busy with a mix of locals and tourists, but the service kept up. Burger was decent, nothing fancy, but hit the spot.

Booked after a show. Server Jay was really nice. We shared chicken fries, a meat feast pizza, and a mushroom risotto. The portions are huge – we were stuffed, so just had coffee with a mini brownie. Used my clubcard vouchers, which helped.

Nice spot for a match day treat. The layout works well, moving from the bar to the table. The steak was pretty good, though the chips were just fine. A decent meal overall.

Being a birthday celebration lunch for my elder daughter, I wanted it to be a special occasion. In fact this turned out to be one of the most enjoyable lunches I've recently experianced. First the staff on duty made us very welcome, and the service throughout was faultless. Both my daughter and myself chose from the daily lunch menu, and our choices for the main and dessert were excellent, and what a welcome change to have a real flavoursome main course.. Would definitely return.

Excellent choice of side dishes available and I thought I'd never finish my plateful, but I did because it was all really delicious. I especially like the macaroni cheese. Our waitress was above and beyond efficient and is at a standard to be strived for. I wonder if they're all like her in Runcorn!

The booking was made for 8:30 but the restaurant didn't open until 9 , but they served us anyway which was great, the breakfast was very good 100% visit again

Always a reliable spot. The food is consistently good, you know exactly what you're getting.

Came by on a packed Sunday. The staff were so lovely despite the rush. I found a quiet corner by the window, just watching the light filter through the plants. It felt like a little escape in the middle of all the bustle.

Grilled chicken and lamb were spot on, so tender and full of flavour. A really satisfying late lunch in the conservatory.

A proper cosy pub. The local beer selection on tap is really good, changes up often so there's always something new to try. Staff were lovely and chatty too.

Funky decor, feels like a friend's cool living room. Staff were genuinely warm, not just doing a job. Had a great chat while waiting for our table. The vibe is the main draw here, really relaxed.

Managed to snag a walk-in table outside on a sunny day. The service was spot on and really friendly.

The apple pie was just right, not overly sweet and a sensible portion size. Loved that you could see the fresh ingredients in the farm shop next door.

Been here a few times. It’s a nice, relaxed place where you can bring your dog. The food is solid, especially for the price. Had to wait a bit for our order, but it’s usually like that when it’s busy.
