The tablet ordering was easy to use and had English menus. The booths were very comfortable, which made for a relaxed meal.

The tonkatsu is the only reason I come here. The pork is incredibly tender and the breading stays crisp from the first bite to the last. The cabbage salad on the side is fresh and cuts through the richness perfectly. It's a simple dish done right.

The fried chicken was so good I had to get a second plate! Perfect with a cold beer while catching up with friends. A bit on the pricier side, but totally worth it for the crispy skin and juicy meat.

First time in Kochi, and the Christmas course was lovely. The seats were comfortable, which made the meal really relaxing.

The plastic food models are a lifesaver for quick decisions. Got the katsuo no tataki set. No fishy taste, nice smokiness. Came out fast, perfect for a quick lunch.

The salt-seared bonito was thick-cut and fresh off the grill. Really good flavor, best I've had in Kochi.

Stopped in for a local Kochi sake. The selection is huge, really impressive. Had it with some fresh sashimi, a nice simple combo. The staff helped me pick one.

Thick-cut beef tongue. Marbling was beautiful. Tender, not chewy at all. Price was fair for the quality. Solid choice.

Reservation was a must. The frozen bonito tataki was still really good, though.

I was happy to see a wider menu here. The char siu was lean and tender, and the dried sardines on the rice added a nice savory crunch. A good spot for a balanced meal with friends.

Been coming here for years, and the seared bonito set meal is my go-to. It's the one thing I always get. They still do both the salted and sauced versions perfectly. That consistency keeps me coming back.

Came for the cake and it was lovely. Atmosphere's cozy. Coffee felt a bit on the lighter side for my taste, but their house red was a pleasant surprise with it.

Despite being a bit out of the way, the journey is worth it for the exceptional food and serene surroundings. The unique flavors and attentive service make it a must-visit.

The straw-grilled bonito set was a real eye-opener. That smoky, charred aroma from the grill... it completely transformed the fish. No trace of any fishy smell, just pure, clean flavor.

The sake selection here is pretty solid. I tried a cloudy one from Kochi that had a nice, earthy flavor to it. Good spot for a casual glass after work.
