The fried pork riblets were great, and the wine list had a nice local red that paired well. The hotel itself is gorgeous.

Got a Black Forest cake last-minute for a birthday. Looked stunning, tasted even better. The team was really helpful and got it sorted quickly for me.

My chip standards are high, and these thick-cut ones hit the spot. So crunchy and that chicken salt is spot on! 🍟

Really enjoyed the barramundi and beef carpaccio here. The flavours were bold and well-balanced. The seating was comfortable, which made for a relaxed evening. The espresso martini was a nice touch.

Having spent 2 weeks in Cairns and dined out for most of it, this restaurant is easily the stand out.  Flavours were creative and well balanced, service was prompt and pleasant, decor and ambiance perfect.  We shared a number of dishes (a family of four) and we all found something to enjoy. Came here with a group of friends for a casual catch-up. The chicken parmy was spot on, and the Kilpatrick oysters were super fresh. Service was friendly and quick, which was perfect because we just wanted to chat and not wait around forever.

The food at Brothers is fantastic, especially the garlic prawns with creamy sauce. The staff, particularly Elie, were incredibly friendly and made our visit enjoyable. We&#39;ll definitely be back soon!

The open lobby is a bit too big for my liking, but Nicholas and Simone were so friendly and attentive. Made our catch-up feel extra cozy!

Great place great food cuppachinnos beautiful. Large meals and tastes very  fresh.Hours are earlier than on  trip advisor but give them a go. We are visiting Cairns and have been here twice now

Meals were worth the price. The service was excellent. The meals were prepared and served in a timely manner. We will definitely be back again. Kids were able to enjoy the playground while waiting for their meals.
