The maple leaf croissants are so cute! Perfect for sharing with friends over coffee. The red bean filling isn't too sweet, and the pastry is super flaky. We ended up ordering a second plate.

The sushi was incredibly fresh, each piece just melted. The couple running the place have a gentle, unhurried way about them. The whole seven courses felt like a quiet, natural rhythm.

The beef cutlet was crispy outside, tender inside. Cooking each piece myself on the tabletop grill let me get it exactly how I like it. A solid option for a quick business lunch near the station.

The oysters are huge and plump, even off-season. You can have them raw or grilled, and they're always good.

The portions are definitely generous here. I really appreciated the option for a cheap noodle refill, it made the meal feel very relaxed and worry-free. A solid, satisfying spot.

Prices are fair for what you get. Ordered the half-portions to try a few things—the fried tofu was really good. Felt like a solid, no-fuss meal.

The grilled conger eel was really tender and had a nice umami flavor. A good place for a solo dinner, the fish was fresh. The portion was a bit small for the price, but it was a fine meal.

The Kobe beef set was nice. Service was friendly and attentive. The steak kept cooking on the hot plate, so just be mindful of that.

Nice private rooms with a Showa-era vibe. The kaiseki course was detailed and elegant. Portions are modest, but the quality is there.

The fried chicken and curry bag fries were huge portions for the price. I was full for hours after sharing them with a friend over beers. The relaxed vibe is nice, but honestly the value on the food itself is what stood out.

The staff were so kind to help our big group sit together. They even offered to move us to a better table when it freed up. Really thoughtful.

The restaurant's interior design is stunning, and the fusion of Japanese and Western styles creates a unique dining environment.

Stopped by for a late-night okonomiyaki after hitting a few bars near the station. The portion was just right for a final bite. The real winner was the sake list—found a nice local one that cut through the richness perfectly. That griddle aroma gets you every time.

Came here for a late-night bite after the trains stopped. The okonomiyaki portion was huge, definitely enough for two. Price was fair for the size, especially considering the late hours. Filled me right up.

The rice bowl is small but surprisingly filling. The sauce stays hot all the way through, which is nice.

Tried their tasting menu. It's Japanese flavors with a French twist. Chef handled my dietary request easily. Each course was a surprise, really creative stuff. The last dessert was a bit too sweet for me, though.

The private room was so peaceful. I could really focus on the freshness of the ingredients in each dish. The sashimi tasted incredibly clean. A lovely, quiet spot for a mindful meal.

The vegan menu here is solid. I had the lentil curry, and it was properly seasoned. The allergen labels on the menu are a huge help, makes ordering so much easier.

This restaurant offers a serene atmosphere with a beautiful garden view, making it a perfect spot for special occasions. The food presentation is exquisite, and the flavors are delightful.

Came here with friends around 6 and it was already packed! The charcoal-grilled pork jowl and beef tongue were so good, really smoky. We also tried the plum sake with soda, perfect for sharing. English menu was a plus. Just wish the tables weren't so close together, but the vibe was fun.

Great spot for a quick lunch. The yakiniku plates are huge, really good value for the money. Got my food in under 10 minutes. Perfect for a filling meal when you're short on time.

The ramen here has a nice old-school Hiroshima style to it. It's a pretty hearty bowl, went well with a cold beer. The broth was decent, though the noodles were a touch soft for my taste.

The staff was so warm and welcoming. It made the whole evening feel really nice. I also appreciated the variety of vegetarian dishes on the menu.

Bento boxes are a bit pricey, but the portions are huge. Got the salmon one on my lunch break. Filled me up for the rest of the day. Good for a quick, solid meal.
