Big Breakfast is my go-to for a quick, filling lunch. The mushrooms and baked beans really stand out. Got it to go last week, and it was ready in under 5 minutes. Perfect for a busy day.

No. 19 of Must-Visit Restaurants in New York

The staff was really patient helping us with the menu when our Spanish wasn't great.

The new owners are doing a solid job. Grabbed a burger and fries, which were fresh and hit the spot. The real standout was their rotating craft beer list—found a great local IPA that paired perfectly. Service was friendly and quick. Glad to see this spot getting a second life.

Perfect for a date night that doesn't feel cheap. The vibe is just right.

The server was really helpful explaining the ingredients in each dish for our first time. Made it easy to choose something fresh and healthy.

Stopped in for a quick bite. The turkey sandwich was decent, fresh and simple. The quiche was pretty good too. The place itself is cute, though a bit small. A nice little spot.

Reighn was super friendly and attentive, checked in just the right amount. The positive vibe really made the evening feel relaxed.

The burrata with figs and prosciutto was really good. Creamy cheese, sweet fruit, salty ham—all the textures worked. A solid starter.

The baba ghanoush is so smoky and tasty. The sourdough bread they serve with it is fresh and just right for dipping. We also got the burger and fries, which were really good. A nice, relaxed meal.

Great spot for a casual dinner. The garlic shrimp was fantastic, and I found a Portuguese white wine that paired beautifully with it. Gets pretty loud when it's full, but that's part of the charm. Solid food.

Cozy little spot, quiet and feels like a little European cafe. The French burger was the star. The patty was juicy, and the bun was fresh and soft. Really solid.

The lamb sandwich was the star for me. Perfectly tender, and the Greek Cabernet they suggested paired so well. I'll be thinking about that combo for a while.

Service was on point. The breakfast platter was huge and tasty, hit the spot. Might swing by for dinner next time.

The briochette French toast was the star. So fluffy, and the whipped cream was just right. The benedict and egg sandwich were good, but that French toast... I'd come back just for that. Solid brunch spot.

The vanilla lattes were just right, and the French toast was really tasty. The space itself feels cozy and bright, which I liked.

I had the chicken pot pie and it was absolutely amazing! The flavors were spot on, and it was a generous portion for the price.

Service was on point. They kept the water coming without me even asking, and the staff was just really nice and helpful. Made the whole dinner feel smooth and easy.

Came for a business breakfast meeting. The space is comfortable and quiet, perfect for talking. The ambiance is nice with those pretty murals. For the price in midtown, I'd say it's a fair spot for a work meal.

The food at Nice Matin is always delicious! I highly recommend the truffle-cheddar burger; it was one of the best I've had. The staff, especially Amanda, provided top-notch service.

The fried chicken skin was so crisp, it shattered. Inside, the meat was still juicy and well-seasoned. The cornbread on the side was warm, fluffy, and had a nice sweetness to it. That's a solid combo right there.

Inside seating is pretty tight, but we snagged a table easily on a weekday morning. It’s cozy, just not the place for a big group hangout.

Creative options like the hot honey jalapeño cream cheese are a nice touch. The gluten-free bagel I had was solid, tasted fresh. Food here is consistently good, that's the main thing for me.

Solid spot if you're trying to avoid the lines at the big-name delis. The corned beef was really well-seasoned, had a nice flavor. The space itself is bright and open, which I liked.

The coffee here is really good. It's a dark roast, strong but not bitter. The pastries are fresh, especially the croissants. They're flaky and buttery, just right with the coffee. That's what I come for.

The Jachnun was rich and flavorful, real homestyle cooking. I had it with a glass of a medium-bodied red, which cut through the richness perfectly. A very comforting dish.

Love the retro feel here. Staff was super friendly. The burger was fantastic - juicy, cooked just right, and the bun was perfect. One of the best I've had in ages.

That pastrami sandwich though. The bread had this perfect soft-crunchy thing going on, and the melted Swiss cheese was just right.

The seafood paella was solid, but those fried yuca sticks really stood out—crispy outside, fluffy inside.

Solid brunch spot. The French toast with berry syrup is a winner. The three-cocktail brunch option is a nice touch, though I wish the pairings were a bit more adventurous. Went with a classic mimosa.

Stumbled in to escape the rain near the MET. The macchiato was strong and hit the spot. Raspberry scone was nice and buttery, not dry at all. Busy place but they kept things moving. Solid spot for a quick coffee break.
