This place is a hidden gem in Aspen! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the tamarind limeade and the hand-fried chips.

The remodel of Mineral 1886 really enhanced the dining experience. The food was delightful, especially the ravioli, and the service was top-notch.
