Food was solid and came out fast. Staff spoke English which made things easy. The interior has that classic Amsterdam vibe. Been here a few times now, still consistent.

Black Forest cake was genuinely good. Like, proper layers, not too sweet. Had it after dinner, staff checked on us a few times. Cozy spot. Maybe not the cheapest but fine for what it is.

The grilled octopus was spot on. Tender, a bit charred, came with some decent potatoes. Portion was fair for the price. Didn't care much about the terrace or the staff, just ate and left. Would get that dish again if I'm in the area.

The terrace really is the selling point—sat there watching boats drift past while eating. Mussels were fresh, fries better than expected. Food's decent, not spectacular. Service a bit all over the place but didn't ruin it. Fine for a lazy afternoon stop.

Stopped by for a quick coffee and something sweet. Staff were friendly, prices felt fair for the area. Had the apple tart—warm, not too sugary, good with a cappuccino. Place was a bit busy around noon but fine for a short break. Nothing fancy, just a solid spot if you're nearby and need a pick-me-up.

Service stayed friendly even when the place filled up. Food took a while on a busy night, but it was worth the wait. The kids got a coloring page, nice touch.

Sat outside for a bit, right by the street so there was plenty to watch. Seats were decent, not too cramped. Staff came by often enough, friendly without hovering. Food was fine, nothing crazy. Just a solid spot to sit and take a break. Maybe slightly overpriced for what it was, but the location kind of makes up for it.

The apple pie with a cappuccino is solid. Weekend mornings get busy though, so don't expect a quiet spot.

Pumpkin quiche was surprisingly good, nice flaky crust. Cozy spot with a bit of a French feel. Wish they had a few more veggie mains though.

The pancakes were good, just a little small for the price. But the terrace made up for it—nice spot to sit and chat for a while. 🌿

Lunch menu’s got some proper hits — hot chicken sandwich and that mustard soup were both solid. Portions are big, no complaints there. Service was friendly enough, nothing over the top. Place was a bit busy but that’s fine. Wouldn’t mind going back for the soup alone.

Booked a private party here. Course pacing was spot on, menu felt well balanced for the whole group. Solid pick if you're organising something.

Coffee’s always solid here—flat white or that cold brew with vanilla foam. Baristas actually know what they’re doing and helped me pick one I’d like. Just wish they’d open a bit earlier.

Lasagna came out bubbling hot, pasta actually tasted fresh. Solid late-night spot near the hotel, staff were friendly enough.

Excellent food and value. Quality of the food and presentation were outstanding. Only one server so was a bit slow. But would highly recommend and will be back. Reservations are a must.

Cute little bar right by the station. Got a beer before my train and the price was fair. Service was quick too. Good spot if you're killing time. 🍺

The pulled pork in the Navajo Eggs was super tender, definitely the highlight. Pancakes were fine too. Service was friendly, no complaints there. 😊

Came for the bitterballen and a beer. Those little fried balls were properly hot, crispy outside, soft inside. Mustard had a nice kick. Didn't care much about the pool tables upstairs, just here for the food. Portion was decent for the price. Would grab another round of those before heading out.

Been coming here for a while now, and the Tiramisu Latte is still my go-to. Rich flavor, not too sweet, and it goes great with their chocolate cake. Place gets busy but the vibe stays warm. Staff remembers regulars, which is always a plus. Only thing is parking can be a bit of a hassle, but that's the area for you.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The menu was impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable.

Came here a few nights for drinks while we were staying nearby. It’s a small family-run place, super cozy and they don’t make you feel like a tourist at all. Prices are really decent too. We ended up chatting with the owner one evening, which was a nice touch. Not fancy, but that’s kinda the charm. Would pop back in if I’m ever in the area again.

The cocktails were good, and I liked that they had proper non-alcoholic options too. Vibe is chill, a little hipster but not trying too hard. Prices felt fair for the quality. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfortable, but I'd still go back for a drink.

Stopped by for a drink and ended up staying longer than planned. Cozy brown café feel but with a fresher look. Sat outside since the weather was nice. Service was fine, nothing special. Prices are okay for the area. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the neighborhood again.

Stopped by late for a sweet fix and grabbed the Nutella waffle. Hit the spot, no question. Bit steep for what you get, but honestly the flavor carried it. Would've loved a proper dessert wine to go with it, but that's on me for the hour. Fine spot if you're nearby and craving something warm.

Been coming here for a while now, and the menu still holds up. Plenty of veggie options, which is why I keep going back. Staff remembered me this time, that was nice. Place stays clean too, even on busy evenings. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Solid choice if you're in the area.

The schnitzel was decent, though I expected more given the reviews. Staff were friendly enough, and the rock & roll playlist added a nice touch. Place has a bit of a nostalgic vibe. Fine for a casual meal, but I wouldn't go out of my way.

The pizza was decent but nothing crazy. Location's the real win here—right by the old church, pretty at night. Service was fine for how packed it was. Solid for a quick bite.

The sweet chili chicken pizza was solid—crispy crust, loads of toppings. Mohammed and Abba took good care of us.
