The thatched roof and wooden interior really make this place stand out. Cozy in a way that feels genuinely Dutch, not touristy. Food prices are fair for what you get. Hot drinks are a bit steep though, which caught me off guard. I had the stamppot and it hit the spot on a cold afternoon. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The beef Wellington was decent, but honestly for the price I expected a bigger portion. Wine list had a few nice picks though. The terrine was a bit off, could've used more sweetness. Menu looks interesting but I'm not sure I'd rush back given what we paid. Maybe try it once if you're curious.

Food was solid and the staff were nice. Portions felt fair for what you pay. Nothing fancy but I'd stop by again if I'm in the area.

We stopped by for a late lunch, and I was really impressed with how fresh the fish tasted. I had the grilled cod, and it was flaky, light, not oily at all. The vegetables on the side were properly seasoned, which I appreciate. Portions are decent for the price. Just a heads up, it can get a bit busy around 1pm, so you might wait a few minutes. But the food makes it worth it.

We went for the monthly menu, and honestly, it’s good value for what you get. Dishes were put together well, nothing overly fancy but solid. Staff was friendly enough, didn’t have to wait too long. It’s the kind of place you can pop into for a proper dinner without spending a fortune. I’d come back if I’m in the area again.

It was fun to walk inside and be embraced in a way…. even if it was only our second time to come there to enjoy..everything they offer :: … from Welcome… to When we parted to go homeward bound.. Marvelous place to spend time to enjoy their unique dinners. All of them working there..make one feels at home! Long Live ‘t Schaepje!! Liefs, Bert en Kit

Best burger in Amsterdam - and tap your own beer on some tables! Try the Smash burger - its a classic take on your childhood favourite cheeseburger.

Went twice in a month. First time service was really slow, took like 30 mins. Food was solid though, cheap too. Second visit on a weekday went much smoother. Fine for budget seafood, just don't come when it's busy.

Definitely one of the cosiest 1 Michelin star restaurants that I have been to. The young waiters were patient and polite. The food was refined and generous - pleasant surprise to have a plate served with a generous serving of crab meat as well as caviar which was served with another dish. Look forward to returning. Loenen aan de Vecht is a very charming village for an after dinner walk.

My favorite place in Amsterdam. By far. It is not only about the food quality, which is creative and tasty, really amazing. It is also not about the worm and welcoming atmosphere which the super-nice, professional and friendly staff make you feel at home, as they were old friends of each customer, making Graham's Kitchen a happy and friendly place. It is mostly about Graham himself. The place is shaped by his unique character. Happy, optimistic, friendly person, talking to every guest, telling stories and having conversations even if most people find it hard to follow his Liverpool accent. Having dinner at Graham's Kitchen is like having a Mechlin star food in your British good friend's house, which happened to be the chef, hosted by the him and his very best friends.

The loaded nachos hit the spot, though portions felt small for the price. A decent wine pairing with the quesadillas too.

Came here on a sunny afternoon with a couple of friends, and honestly the sand area was the highlight. We just sat back while some kids were playing nearby, no rush at all. Service was friendly, didn’t have to wait long for drinks. Place is simple but it works for a chill hangout. Wouldn’t mind coming back again 😊

Despite a bit of a wait, the food was worth it! The service was pleasant, and the overall experience was enjoyable.

The falafel wrap was fresh, but I asked for no chili sauce and still got it. Annoying, though the taste made up for it. A cold beer would've helped.

i really like the food and the lady work in the restaurant is very nice and friendly. i go back eat very soon. I advise everybody to try is delicious. F.

Cozy spot, the limoncello tiramisu was a nice twist — really good. Just wish the vibe was a bit more lively, felt a little quiet for a Friday night.

Service gets messy when it’s packed. Took a while just to get our order in. Food was solid once it arrived, and the bill stayed reasonable. Fine for a quick stop.

First meal in Amsterdam and the burger was solid. Meat tasted fresh, not frozen, and the ribs had a good smoky flavor. Place was busy but not chaotic. Staff friendly enough, though we waited a bit for the bill. Cozy spot to warm up after walking around. I'd come back for the burger alone.

The pizza was really good, perfect for sharing with friends. Portions are decently big too. Service was quick which I appreciated. Solid spot if you're in the center 👍

Came here for the seafood and sat outside by the canal. Oysters were fresh, mussels done right. Service was friendly, no complaints. Decent spot if you're in Amersfoort and want something simple by the water.

Nice spot for a quick lunch. Sandwich was solid, coffee did the job. Bit pricey but the view makes up for it.

Stopped by for a drink after work—the beer list here is seriously well put together. I had a hazy IPA that paired nicely with their burger. Industrial vibe is cozy, not cold. Staff let me take my time deciding, which I appreciated. Only downside: it got a bit loud later on.

The grilled sea bass was really fresh, flaky and light. I liked that they didn't drown it in sauce. Had it with a side of greens, felt like a proper healthy meal. Sangria was decent too. Place was a bit busy but the food made up for it.

I had a fantastic birthday celebration here! The variety of appetizers was delightful, and the main courses, especially the Dal Bhat lamb, were beautifully tender and flavorful.

Solid lunch spot. Food was decent, service quick enough for a workday break. Nothing fancy, but it does the job.

The lighting and seating made it feel a bit more upscale than I expected for a casual dinner. We sat near the window, and the chairs were actually comfortable enough to stay for a while. Sushi was fresh, service was friendly. Just a heads up, it got a little warm when the place filled up. Not bad overall, but I'd come back for the vibe.

The antipasti platter was seriously generous — came piled high with cured meats and cheeses. Pasta was just okay though, nothing that made me go wow. Place has super high ratings so I expected more honestly. Decent meal but I wouldn't rush back. Maybe I just ordered wrong?

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Got the mixed grill plate, meat was juicy and had that proper charred taste. Portion size was decent for the price. Place was busy but I got my food fast, which is all I really care about. Staff didn't hover, just let me eat. Solid spot if you're in the area and hungry.
