The special menu was the move. The scallop starter was spot on, and the lamb main course was cooked just right. Finished with a glass of Sauternes that paired perfectly with the dessert. Solid three-course meal.

Booked a private wine tasting with Tom. He was friendly, and the selection was interesting. Staff knew their stuff. Ended up staying longer than planned.

The Guinness here is spot on. It's got that perfect creamy head and the deep, roasty flavour you want. They pour it properly. The rest of the drinks selection is solid, but that's the one I keep coming back for.

The staff were really chatty and attentive throughout the meal. They checked in just the right amount, which made the whole thing feel relaxed and easy.

A lovely spot. The food was spot on, and the staff were genuinely friendly. The whole place just felt relaxed, which was exactly what we needed. A bit on the pricier side, but you can tell they care about what they're doing.

Nice spot by the river for a pint. The beer garden's the best bit, especially when the sun's going down. Good place to catch up with mates.

Self-service kiosks are quick, which is good. Just a heads-up: you need to order at the counter to get your loyalty points. I missed out on mine because I used the kiosk.

Really enjoyed the food here. The lamb chops were cooked just right, and the side of roasted potatoes had a nice crisp to them. Service was quick and friendly. Only downside is they don't deliver, so you'll have to come in person. Solid spot for a proper meal.

Had a party here. The staff were so attentive, really made it feel effortless. The space itself has this warm, inviting vibe that just puts everyone at ease.

A real Roman-run spot. The seafood pasta sauce clung to every strand, so flavourful. Just a heads up, it's not on the ground floor!

Lovely spot by the water for a full English. The sausage was the highlight, really well-made. Scone was tasty, coffee hit the spot. Just a nice, relaxed breakfast.

Been coming here for years, and the beef pho is always spot on. That rich broth, the generous slices of meat... it's just consistently good. Never had a bad bowl.

Lovely spot by the canal for a quiet morning. The full English breakfast was spot on, especially the black pudding and those perfectly cooked tomatoes. A really nice start to the day.

Been coming here for years, and their mixed kebab is always spot on. Good portion, and they're happy to swap the naan for chips.

Lovely little beer garden, perfect for a sunny afternoon. They had a few local ales on tap, which was nice. The Polly's was my favourite. Just a shame it got a bit crowded later on.

The Asian street food here is always so fresh, and I love that they have so many healthy options. The ingredients taste really high-quality.

Nice spot for a quiet dinner. The decor really does feel like you're in Lebanon. Music's good, not too loud. Food was decent, but the lamb shawarma was a bit dry this time.

The portions are massive for what you pay. I got the chicken tikka masala for delivery and it was still steaming hot when it arrived, which was a nice surprise.

The afternoon tea I ordered for a friend arrived right on time. The person delivering it was lovely. Everything was packed so nicely in the box, really thoughtful presentation. Made for a perfect gift.

The lamb biryani here is the main event. The rice had that perfect, separate grain texture, and the meat was fall-apart tender with just the right amount of spice. It's what I keep coming back for.

Stumbled in after a few places were packed. Ordered the stuffed aubergine and lamb chops. Portions were generous, honestly felt like two meals in one. The baklava was a nice touch.

The calamari and mushroom polenta starter had really top-notch flavours. That's what stood out for me.

The scones are pretty good under the new owners. A decent spot for a quick bite.

Scrambled eggs on soda bread were spot on. Tea came in nice cups, and the prices felt fair for what you get.

The modern lounge vibe is a nice change from the usual curry house. Service was prompt and efficient. The lamb rogan josh was solid, though the portion felt a bit small for the price. Good for a business dinner near the office.

This spot is consistently busy, and I can see why. The vibe is genuinely warm, and the food is pretty good. Their cannoli is definitely worth ordering.

The wagyu carpaccio with truffle mayo was the star for me. That first bite, the cool, silky beef with that earthy mayo... just set the whole mood for the evening.

Free entry and the drinks are reasonably priced, which is nice. Had a couple of cocktails, they were decent. Good spot if you're just looking for a casual night out without spending a fortune.

Been coming here for years, it's a proper local. The beer selection is always spot on. Portions are big, you won't leave hungry. The fish and chips last Friday was exactly what you want from a pub meal.

Stopped by for a hot chocolate and a scone during a chilly walk. The scone was warm, with a nice crumb and not too dry. They let my dog in, which was a nice touch. The staff were pleasant. A solid spot for a quick break.
