The chicken fried steak was pretty good. It's a huge portion and cooked well. A solid choice if you're hungry.

Got the crayfish chowder and chicken piccata. The chowder was rich, lots of tender crayfish. Chicken was perfectly cooked, lemony sauce cut through the richness. That's the stuff. Carissa was nice, but honestly, just here for the food.

Maria packed my takeout with care, even showing me the items. The crisp white wine I grabbed was a perfect match for the long day.

Cute little hole-in-the-wall spot. The portions are huge, definitely need an appetite. My plate was packed, almost couldn't finish it. Good for a casual, filling meal.

The veggie frittata was really good. I also loved the cozy, vintage feel of the place—those creaky floors add so much character.

The French toast is huge, seriously. It's like a whole loaf of bread, crispy outside and soft inside. The queso appetizer is also way bigger than I expected, easily enough for three or four people to share.

The old-school cantina vibe is pretty nice. It's a fun spot, especially when they have live music playing. The atmosphere is lively and feels authentic.

The challah French toast was fluffy and cooked just right. Portion was generous for the price.

Been a regular for ages, and their tacos are still my go-to. The carnitas are so tender, and the fresh cilantro on top just makes it. The horchata is a nice sweet touch to balance the spice.

Been coming here for years. Tried the tasting menu last week. Beef tongue and lamb heart were surprisingly good, even for a picky guy like me. A solid choice.

Stopped by for a lazy Sunday brunch. Ordered at the counter and grabbed a table on the patio. The vibe is super chill, no fuss. Just a really comfortable spot to hang out for a couple hours.

The lavender blueberry cheesecake was a solid finish. Good portion, not overly sweet. The bread pudding was fine, but the cheesecake was the clear winner.

Kevin and Eric are super friendly! They made our girls' night feel extra welcoming. Food was tasty too.

The chicken mole was the best part. Really rich and complex, the sauce had so much going on. Everything else tasted fresh too. Solid spot.

The "I Love You So Much" mural is a classic spot. It's a quick, fun photo op if you're already walking down South Congress.

Saw this place on TV, had to check it out. The burger was solid old-school style. Their house red was a surprisingly good match with the chili cheese tots, cut through the richness nicely. Onion rings were on point.

Steven was so attentive, really made the meal. The grilled octopus was perfectly tender, a nice char on the outside. Just a bit pricey for the portion, but I'd go back for that dish alone.

A cozy spot with friendly staff. The lunch specials are tasty and you can tell a lot is made from scratch.

The lighting and decor were spot on for a date. Their wine list had some nice, unexpected options that paired well with our meal.

The churro cart was a fun touch for the kids. I appreciated that the churros were made fresh to order.

Cozy spot with the fire pit on a chilly night. The salmon was cooked just right, and the three-chip appetizer was fresh. Service was friendly and attentive, which was nice. A solid meal overall.

Coffee was top notch. Aaron, our server, had solid suggestions that really helped. The food was good, not amazing, but the service made it a smooth lunch. Convenient spot for a business meeting.

Came here for the first time to catch the game. They had the right channel on without us even asking, which was perfect. Beers were surprisingly cheap for the area.

Been coming here for years, and the music is always spot on. It’s never too loud, just a nice background vibe for a coffee or catching up. That consistency is what keeps me coming back.

Came in for a quick lunch and got the crispy tofu. It was really nicely charred, lots of flavor. The lo mein was solid too. Good spot for a vegan bite.

The roasted chicken was really juicy and well-seasoned. I appreciated having solid options despite my seafood allergy.

The har gow and shumai here have some of the biggest, freshest-tasting shrimp I've had. The dumpling skin was nice and thin too. Portions are definitely generous for the price.

Stumbled upon this spot and had to try the spicy tuna. It was so fresh, with a nice kick from the chili oil. The place is tiny and gets packed, so we had to wait a bit for a table. No regrets though!

Order at the counter, they bring it to you. Simple. Big windows, feels open and airy. Good for a quick lunch.

Soup dumplings were a bit smaller than I expected, but they came out piping hot when I dined in. Perfect for a quick lunch craving.
