TheForkUserA family run place in a small town just a few kilometres from the highway. Great food, big portions. Go there on Wednesday and you can cherish the best ribs ever! The Harzer Steak was also fabulous. Plus a big glass of fantastic, German beer :) It's really worth to drive a bit away from the highway, where no decent food can be bought,-)

In 1997, the house burned down after being used as a private residence. A few years later, with the help of donations and local history enthusiasts, the house was rebuilt and carefully restored in accordance with the requirements of preserving historical monuments. Now it is a restaurant and guest rooms. The taste is a local German meal, which tastes good.
