Stopped by for a quick dinner on the terrace. Lake and mountain views are the real deal. Had the wild game—cooked nicely, no complaints. They handled my gluten-free request without any fuss, which was a plus. Service was fast enough for me. Just a heads-up, it can get a bit busy, but for a solid meal with a view, it works.

The Virgin Piña here is seriously good. Sweet, creamy, not too heavy on the ice. I just wanted that one drink and it hit the spot. Staff were nice enough, but honestly I wasn't paying much attention to anything else. If you're into cocktails, this place does them right. That's all I need from a bar.

The seafood risotto was fresh and well-made. Tony at the front was friendly without being pushy. A solid dinner spot in Lucerne.

Stumbled onto this place by accident and honestly the terrace alone is worth it. Lake view, nice breeze, pretty villa vibe. Got the meat dish — looked great on the plate, but flavor was a bit flat. Not bad, just not as juicy as I hoped. Staff were friendly though. Would come back for the setting.

Nice drink menu with a few alcohol-free picks that actually taste good. Clean modern space too. Staff was friendly but not overly attentive.

Cozy spot for a casual drink. The chicken wings with blue cheese sauce were really good. Service was friendly, though it did get a bit busy later. Fine for a relaxed evening.

Great spot for a lakeside walk with a cone in hand. Tried the pistachio and dark chocolate—both solid, though the scoop sizes felt a bit small for the price. Nice flavor variety overall.

The beef tartare had just the right amount of heat, and the truffle risotto was properly creamy. Nice spot, though definitely on the pricier side.

The gnocchi was really good and the hotdog surprised me—didn’t expect much but it worked. Portion size was fair for the price. Service was fine too, nothing to complain about.

The riverside spot is lovely, and the staff really know their stuff—even helped me pick a nice white to go with the fish. Soup and dessert were a bit meh, but the vibe made up for it.

The grilled octopus was spot on—smoky, tender, not rubbery at all. Plenty of lemon on the side, which I appreciated. Prices fair for what you get. Terrace was nice too, though I mostly just focused on the plate. Would eat that octopus again.

Been coming here for a while now. That terrace in the old town still gets me every time. Gina remembered our order from last visit, which honestly never happens. Food was solid again.

Paid about 25 CHF each and left properly full. The beef noodle soup was the highlight. Owner came over to explain the menu, which was a nice touch.

The garlic cheese naan was the highlight—soft, cheesy, just greasy enough. The place itself is bare bones, plastic tables, bright lights, nothing fancy. But honestly, I didn’t care once the food arrived. Service was quick too, no hovering. Just a solid, no-nonsense meal. Maybe not a spot for a date, but for a casual bite, it hits the spot.

Stopped by the DS Luzern for lunch and grabbed a window seat. The prawn cocktail was spot on, fresh and well-chilled. Mrs. Eberle handled our table, kept the drinks coming without hovering. Nice way to spend an afternoon on the water. Maybe slightly touristy, but the service made it feel personal.

The Pad Thai here hit the spot—good balance of sweet and tangy, noodles cooked right. Service was quick too, which I appreciated since I was short on time. Solid little spot for a Thai fix.

Owner's a proper character, funny and friendly. Portion was huge, way more than I expected. Veggies were fresh, chips came out hot and crispy. Solid spot.

Tomatoes and lettuce actually tasted fresh, which surprised me for a fast food place. Prices are steep though, even for Switzerland. Got my food fast despite the lunch rush, so that was a win. Just wish the fries were a bit hotter, but honestly fine for a quick bite.

Pad thai was really good and the portion size is no joke 😅 We came with a group and everyone left full. Just expect a bit of a wait if you go at peak times.

Stopped here on a whim since it’s right by the station. The room itself is what got me—warm lighting, wooden tables, not too cramped. Could easily sit for a while without feeling rushed. Food was solid too, but honestly the vibe alone makes me want to come back. Maybe a bit pricey for what you get, but fine for a casual stop.

Had the fitness plate with chicken on a quiet Sunday. Chicken was properly juicy, and that salad dressing? Exactly what I needed. Staff were efficient, no small talk, which honestly worked for me. Place wasn't busy at all, so it felt chill. Would come back just for that plate again.

Came back the same day for round two after that truffle pasta. Tiramisu was solid too. The brothers actually took time to walk us through the menu.

Came here for lunch after a walk along the river. The vegan curry was really good, lots of flavor, didn't miss the meat at all. Portion size was decent for the price, which is rare in this area. Only thing is the menu is pretty small, so don't come expecting tons of options. Parking's a pain too, but that's city life I guess. Would eat here again if I'm in the neighborhood.

We stopped by for lunch with the kids and the host really went out of his way to make them something simple while we had the full menu. The lobster salad was the standout for me, and the perch with spinach was solid too. Portions are decent for the price, which is rare around here. Just a heads up, it’s not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
