Dylan was so patient with my 90-year-old grandmother, went out of his way to make sure she was comfortable. Really kind service, made the whole visit easy for us.

Tiny spot, no bookings, so you're rolling the dice on a table. Worth it once you're in though. Food's made for sharing—bring a few people and order heavy.

The French toast was solid—not too sweet, just right. I got the eggs benedict with spinach too, that was the better pick honestly. Owner chatted with us a bit, gave a straight recommendation, no fuss. Portion size decent for the price, I didn't leave hungry. Wouldn't say it's a must-go, but if you're nearby it does the job.

Stopped in for a coffee and ended up staying longer than planned. View of the harbour across the street is lovely. Plenty of seating, which was handy. Service was quick too, no complaints there. Just a solid spot to sit and watch the boats for a bit.

Coffee’s always spot on, and the French toast is a solid shout. Pork Benny’s decent too, though a few plates could do with a tweak. Maybe I’m just here too often. 🍳☕

Lovely spot for a coffee and a pie. The sausage roll with pear was a nice surprise, really enjoyed it. Sat outside, it was grand and quiet.

The flat white here is spot on every single time. Proper temperature, decent crema, no burnt taste. I've had enough bad coffees around town to know this is a cut above. Just wish they'd sort out the takeaway cups, they get soggy if you don't drink fast enough.

Came here before the salt pool and honestly the service was so quick I barely sat down. Got the full Irish with scrambled instead of fried — no fuss, no extra charge. Food was fresh and hit the spot. Place was busy but we weren't waiting long. Solid spot if you're in the area.

The açai bowl was the star—layers of fresh fruit and peanut butter, looked almost too good to eat. I paired it with a light white wine spritzer, which worked nicely. The brioche sandwich fell flat though, arugula took over and the mozzarella was bland. Potatoes on the side seemed like an afterthought. Good spot, just needs some tweaks.

Stopped by Bold Boy Bakery for the tiramisu cruffin and honestly it did not disappoint. So flaky on the outside, creamy inside. Coffee was solid too. Place gets busy though, so grab a seat if you can.

Popped in for lunch and grabbed the chicken burger—it was properly good. Place is spotless and the staff were sound, not fussy at all. Got a bit manic around 1pm so had to wait a while, but the food was worth it. Wouldn’t mind going back to try the chips.

Stopped in for a flat white and ended up staying longer than planned. The barista actually remembered how I take it — that never gets old. Good spot for watching the rain come down on the street. Only gripe is the seating's a bit cramped if you're there at peak time.

Stopped by for a coffee while walking along the canal. Beans are fresh, you can really taste it. They’ve a good selection to buy too, I grabbed a bag for home. Place is small but fine for a quick sit-down. Just wish they had more oat milk options, but the flat white was lovely.

Stopped in for the full Irish breakfast and honestly it hit the spot. Bacon was proper, pudding done right. Staff let me sit outside with the dog, which made my morning. Place has that easy local vibe, nothing fancy but you feel looked after. Wouldn't mind going back if I'm in the area again.

Stopped in for a quick bite and grabbed the chilaquiles with green salsa. Not on the regular menu but they made it anyway, which was sound. Tasted proper, reminded me of spots back home. Concha with hot chocolate was a good shout too. Service was fast, got in and out in no time.

The food looked almost too good to eat, honestly. Every plate came out so colourful and fresh. I went for the seasonal special and it was packed with flavour. Portion size was decent for the price too, which is rare around the city centre. Owner was lovely and had a chat with us. Only thing is it gets busy, so you might wait a bit for a table.

Popped in for a quick bite at lunch. Scrambled eggs were spot on, honestly some of the best I've had in ages. Place has that proper old-school cafe vibe, staff know the regulars. Service was fast enough for me to get in and out. No complaints.

It can get busy at times, but when it’s quiet you’re in and out in no time. The lady at the till was really friendly and helpful.
