Tried the wild boar dumplings and the deep-fried kimchi ones — those were the highlight for sure. Crispy outside, juicy inside, really good combo. Portions are pretty big too, so don't order too much at once. Place was busy but we got seated fast. Would come back just for those kimchi ones honestly.

The trout here was really good — cooked simply, flaky, with that buttery feel. Place is right by the main square, super easy to find. Service was quick too, which I honestly didn't expect given how busy it was. Solid pick if you're in the area and want something traditional without the tourist-trap vibe. Maybe slightly pricier than other spots, but fine for what you get.

The food was solid and the staff actually seemed happy to be there. Parking right across the street made it easy. A bit off the tourist trail, so it stayed quiet.

The pork chop here was actually done right—crispy, not dry, and the sides were solid. Prices are a bit higher than your typical bar, but you can tell the quality is there. I grabbed a bag of their beans to take home too. Would stop by again if I’m in the area.

The French onion soup was proper good, and the fish and chips hit the spot. Cozy little place in the old town. They had an English menu too, which helped a lot.

Not usually a potato guy but the stuffed jacket potato here got me. Had the salmon one — cooked right, salad on the side was fresh. Simple spot, no fuss. Good for a quick lunch when you don't wanna think about it.

Big portions, proper Polish home cooking. Potato pancakes were the best thing we ordered. Prices fair for the center. Place gets packed but the self-service line moves fast.

The place looks like a small museum inside, that part was cool. Food was solid and portions were big enough for the price. Service was fine, just a bit stiff for my taste.

Loved the vibe here, super chill spot to hang with friends. Pizza’s not exactly traditional but honestly still tasty 😄

Food was decent, but honestly the prices made me pause. Got a standard dish and it felt like they charge extra just because of the location. Convenient spot if you're in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way. Probably fine for a quick bite, just don't expect a bargain.

The pizza here is really good—thin crust, not too heavy, and the portion size surprised me. I tried one of the vegan options, which was nice to see on the menu. The price felt fair for what you get. Our waitress was super sweet and checked on us just enough. Maybe a bit busy on weekends, but still a solid spot.

The kimchi bowl was solid—big portion, lots of flavor. Could've used a bit more heat, but the pickled sides balanced it out nicely. A cold beer would've paired well with it.

The lunch special looked way better than what I got. My dish was cooked fine but the portion was kinda small. Service was helpful though.

Found this spot by the canal last week. Diavola pizza was proper good, reminded me of the ones I had in Naples. Bit hard to spot from the street though, almost walked past it.

Fillet and T-bone came out exactly as asked. Sweet potato fries were solid too. Staff handled English fine, no awkward pointing at the menu. Place was busy but not chaotic. Price felt a bit steep for what you get, but the meat was done right. I'd probably stick to the fillet next time.

Stopped by for a quick bite and ended up really liking the tomato soup—it had that homemade feel, not too heavy. Apple pie was solid too, flaky crust. Staff were nice, place was tidy. Nothing fancy, but it hit the spot for a lazy afternoon snack.

Sushi was decent and fish tasted fresh. Portions could be bigger for the price though. Got busy fast so glad we booked. Fine spot if you're in Gdańsk.

Nice spot on a quiet street in the old town. Had an Aperol Spritz there — solid, not overly sweet. Split-level seating is a bit unusual but works well, feels relaxed. Service was fine, no complaints. Good enough for a slow afternoon stop if you're nearby.

Lovely quiet corner away from the old town chaos. Food was tasty, and the Indian music in the background added a nice touch. 🌿

Tried the Indian and Greek stalls here — both were solid. Live band in the evening made it feel lively. Good spot if you're in a group and can't agree on what to eat.

The żurek soup was really good, probably one of the better ones I've had. The bone-in pork chop came out crispy but still juicy inside. Portion size was decent for the price, though I'd say the ribs are the better deal if you're hungry. I left full without feeling like I overpaid.

We stayed for a few nights and Maciek kept bringing out these little off-menu drinks each evening. Really cool touch, something different every time. Kasjana was also on top of everything, super attentive without hovering. Place felt genuinely welcoming, not like they were just going through the motions. Nice to see a team that actually seems to enjoy what they do.
