Loved the terrace at sunset, even if it got a little cool later. The inside is so bright and spacious too. My highlight was definitely the tiramisu &ndash; the coffee flavor was spot on, not too sweet at all.

And I appreciated the beautiful medieval music that was playing in the background which made the place seem more authentic. The chef that served us the food is also very nice! The fried olives and panzerottini were surprisingly light. You could really taste the freshness of the ingredients, not just the oil. A nice option for a casual bite.

No printed menu, but the waiter described the specials well. We shared the seafood carbonara. It was pretty good, quite rich and flavorful. Portions are definitely generous. A bit loud inside, but fine for a casual meal.

Great and unique dishes, stunning surroundings and certainly not expensive at all. Steak tartare (Caldo Freddo di Manzo) and stewed oxtail (Vaccinara Bianca) Highly recommended!
