Uliassi truly lives up to its fame. It probably is the best, most creative and inventive restaurant in all of Italy. The attention to details, the impeccable service and the beautiful beachy setting only slightly add to the quality of the food which is truly superb. The Michelin stars are very well deserved.

The downstairs dining area has no phone signal. I liked that, actually. It meant I could just focus on the food without any distractions.

Pizzas are always tasty and varied. The big fireplace makes the grilled meats and veggies extra cozy.

The food was so fresh. I really appreciated the focus on quality ingredients. The grilled vegetables were crisp and the fish tasted just-caught. A nice, simple meal that felt good.

Welcoming, sophisticated atmosphere. The fish was cooked well, calamari tender. Good value for the quality offered.

The staff really knew their stuff. Suggested a wine that went perfectly with my pasta, and explained the specials without making it sound like a lecture. Felt like they actually cared about the food.

The cappuccino with fresh zabaglione was the star. That extra creaminess really makes a difference. The pastries with cream were good too. For the price, I just wish the portion was a bit bigger.

Been coming here for years. The trio of meats is always cooked just right, never overdone. Even on a packed Friday, they got it out hot and consistent. That's why I keep coming back.

Came for a quick lunch and the fish was the star. So fresh, perfectly cooked. Even the bathrooms were spotless, which is a nice touch. I’ll be back for sure.

Always packed with locals! The food is solid and the staff are super friendly. Perfect for a casual catch-up with friends.

The pistachio gelato was the highlight for me. Creamy texture, rich flavor. Tried a few others but that one stood out.

Stopped by for a casual dinner. The fish dishes looked good, but I went with the truffle pasta. It was solid, not mind-blowing. The place itself is pretty cozy and relaxed.

The local pasta was delicious, very comforting. The grilled fish was cooked perfectly, but I did wish it had a little more seasoning. Still, a nice meal.

Rosy and Graziano are so welcoming. They still served us a full meal even though we arrived quite late.

The cocktails are so creative here. The barista spent a lot of time on mine, and it was a really nice surprise.

The portions are generous, which I appreciate. Food is simple and tastes authentic. It's a decent spot if you're after a proper meal, not fancy plating. A bit noisy inside, but fine for a casual dinner.

excellen choice for a dinner in ancona! great food engaged stuff! we would definitely come again if life brings us back to ancona

The set lunch is a solid deal. First course was a simple pasta, second a grilled fish. The free cover with bread and water is a nice touch. Good value for a quick business lunch.

Been coming here for years. What keeps me coming back is the service - always friendly, always professional. Even on a packed holiday night, they found a way to squeeze us in. That consistency is hard to find.

Right on the Fano seafront. The grilled fish skewer was spot on, really fresh. The tuna steak was good too.

The sashimi set was fresh and flavorful, no fuss. But the real star was the sake pairing suggestion from the staff. It elevated the clean taste of the fish perfectly. A bit pricey for the portion, but that drink tip made it worthwhile.

The menu has a good selection for vegetarians. I tried the falafel and a pita combination. The food was tasty, and the staff was really friendly, which made for a relaxed lunch.

The owners are so nice, you can tell they really care. The husband helped us pick a wine that went perfectly with our meal. It was a bit pricier than I expected, but the quality was there.

The gin and tonic was the standout. Good balance, not too sweet, the botanicals came through cleanly. Just the right amount of ice. That’s what I remember most from sitting out there.
