A group of us went for the &#39;Rock &amp; Roll&#39; night. The entertainer was excellent if a bit to loud. The food was pretty good. the prawn cocktail sauce was rather watery but the prawns were fine. The serving of pate was very generous but the bread was like concrete. I think it had started life as a sourdough baguette, been re-warmed then allowed to go cold.We were very pleased with the main course being served with separate dishes of potatoes and vegetables so you could choose what you wanted and how much.Our table all had the salmon which was lovely. The sweets were all good as well.A grand night was had by all.

Burgers are cooked to order here, which is good. Got mine medium-rare, and it was a decent size with proper seasoning. My wife&#39;s chicken sandwich was solid, too. Service was efficient, no fuss.

At the risk of being boring, I like this Harvester venue, great staff from chef to waitress. Big bonus, recently renovated and now very green and pleasant.  Was quietish thisweek possibly due to up and coming holiday.  Rather be eating with friend than a traffic queue!

Nice little place. The decor is pleasant and it has a warm vibe. It&#39;s quite small, so it does get a bit loud when full. Not a problem for a casual meal.

The cod and prawn linguine was really creamy, just the right amount. The prawns were plump and fresh. Menu&#39;s got a fair few options, but I was happy sticking with this one.

Easy to book, simple menu. The teriyaki rice bowl with sirloin beef was the highlight for me &ndash; really rich and filling, proper comfort food. Friendly staff, and the fortune cookie at the end was a nice touch.

The vegan patty was the surprise. Moist, not dry at all, held together well. Actually had a decent flavour, didn&#39;t just taste like herbs. I&#39;m not even vegan, but I&#39;d order it again. The regular beef one is solid too, juicy.
