TheForkUserThey are really understaffed and the staff did their very best, but got involved in discussions with custommers who did not accept that they were full. I really pitied the people who work there a little, as the hotel reception sent everyone on and the restaurant staff could not cope with the numbers. Food was OK. TheForkUserWe had a very nice evening with very polite staff. All courses had a lot of detail and there were surprisingly many (11) courses. It was hence quite opulent. A real food journey. TheForkUserTable was reserved for 7.30pm for an 80th birthday meal and starter only arrived 50 minutes later. I had to ask for bread rather than have this provided given the long wait time. We were one of only 4 tables in the main restaurant but focus seemed to be on tables outside in the beer garden. My main meal was bland and my friends says theirs was just ok. Wine was good.The waitress came at 9.10pm (just 50 minutes after our main meal eventually arrived) and announced that the kitchen was already closed so we could not order dessert! Add to this the face that we were opposite stables and had to constantly swat lots of flies from crawling on our food. Such a disappointment for what was meant to be a special occasionBatucada
