The vegetable pizza and spicy mushroom pizza were tasty. The crust could be crisper, but it was a fine meal. Good to have solid vegetarian options.

The Baumkuchen is moist and firm, not too sweet. The original flavor is spot on, just melts in your mouth. Had it on the deck with a coffee, that was nice.

Portions are huge, even the regular size. Got the katsu curry for a quick lunch. The cutlet was crispy, sauce was thick and flavorful. More than enough for a big appetite. Good for a fast, filling meal.

I had the grilled Shinshu herb chicken thigh, and it was so generous in portion that I couldn't finish it! The accompanying bread was also delicious.

Nice clean space with a modern Scandinavian feel. Took a client here for a quick lunch meeting. The restrooms were spotless, which is a plus. Good for casual business lunches.

The food was super tasty, but it felt a bit fancy for a casual dinner. The plating was beautiful, almost like art. I just wanted something more cozy, you know?

The sashimi was the highlight. The fish was incredibly fresh, with a clean, sweet taste. I tried the local sake alongside it, which paired nicely. A solid choice for the quality of the seafood alone.

The Shinshu beef in the sukiyaki was so tender, with a gentle sweetness to the fat. The pumpkin chawanmushi was a lovely surprise, silky and warm. Just a really comforting bowl.

The Shinshu beef was surprisingly tender for a mall spot. Their house red was a nice, simple match for it. The set meal hit the spot, though the miso soup was a touch salty.

Came here after skiing, needed something warm. The pizza toast was so comforting, you could tell the ingredients were fresh. The caramel milk tea was a nice touch, not too sweet. The wood heater made it feel extra cozy on a cold day.

Stumbled upon this place behind the souvenir stalls. The apple pie dessert pizza was a fun idea, crispy and not too sweet. Paired it with a local craft cider they suggested—worked really well together. A nice, quiet spot for a relaxed bite.

Been coming here for years. The snow crab pizza is always good, but the uni pasta this time was a bit too rich for me. Still, you can taste the quality in the ingredients.
