First time trying their seaweed dumplings. Wrapper had a good chew, filling was light and flavorful. A solid, straightforward dish.

The outdoor seating here is so relaxed. I love the smoky scent from the charcoal grill—it just feels right for the evening. The meat gets this lovely flavor from it. A nice, simple spot.

Dim sum course was solid. Xiao long bao had good soup inside, shumai was tasty. The pan-fried dumplings were the highlight for me — perfectly crispy. Everything came out fresh and hot.

The warm chimaki was so fresh, and I loved that they provided wipes and a bag for the park. A nice touch for a simple treat.

The whale fry lunch set is solid value at 1000 yen. Meat was tender, came with rice, soup, and sides. Good variety of set meals for a quick business lunch. Service was efficient.

The sashimi platter here is a dream for fish lovers! So many different kinds, all super fresh. I was honestly surprised by how much you get for the price. Just a heads up, the rice portion is a bit small compared to all that fish.

Been coming here for years. The Sanma-men is my go-to. Light soy broth, thin noodles, plenty of crisp bean sprouts. Just a simple, easy bowl. Never disappoints.

The curry roux here is something else. You can tell it's been simmering for days—the flavor is so deep and layered, not just a one-note spicy kick. Really enjoyed how it clung to the rice.

Been coming here for years. The white offal skewer with salt is always tender and clean, never gamey.

Friendly staff, quick service. Perfect for a lunch break. They even gave me a paper apron, which was a thoughtful touch. I appreciated the wine list—had a crisp white that paired nicely with the grilled fish. A solid spot.

Been coming here for years, and the Sanuki udon is always spot on. Chewy, just right. I usually get the cold udon with sesame sauce – that dipping broth is the reason I keep coming back. It’s got this depth to it.

The table-side mixing of the crispy fried rice was a nice touch. The charred bits were fantastic. I paired it with a crisp white wine, which cut through the richness nicely. The scallops were plump, though I wish there were a couple more shrimp.

The Miyazaki shochu list is deep. Staff really listened when I said I liked earthy notes, suggested a perfect one. A bit pricey, but you're paying for the curation. 🥃

The raw lamb was tender, and their house red wine paired beautifully with it. Staff gave good grilling tips too.

Came for the weekend lunch special. The crispy fried chicken was really well done, juicy inside. The special sauce had a nice kick. Spring rolls were a bit greasy, but the almond jelly was a good finish. Solid deal for the price.

The set lunch is a solid deal. My pork stir-fry was hearty, and their wine list has some interesting local options to pair.

Their mooncakes are my go-to. The texture is refined, and they're not overly sweet. Picked up a box for the office during the Mid-Autumn Festival. The price is on the higher side, but the quality is consistent.
