The foil-wrapped hamburger steak was my pick. It came out steaming hot, and the juices were all sealed in. Really tender. I'll have to come back to see what's on their seasonal menu next time.

The kamado rice here is something else. I went for the sea bream ochazuke set. The rice had that perfect texture, and the warm tea broth over it was just the right kind of comforting on a chilly evening. Really hit the spot.

This restaurant is a hidden gem with a Michelin star level experience. The elegant decor and exquisite dishes make it a must-visit for anyone traveling to Hakone.
