We booked the cooking class here without really knowing what to expect. The riad itself is gorgeous, 450 years old, and you get to cook right in the middle of it. We made a full Moroccan meal, tagine and all, and honestly it turned out way better than I thought it would. The instructor was patient with us beginners. A bit pricey maybe, but the setting makes it worth it.

The vegan plate with Beldi bread and saut&eacute;ed veggies was solid. Took a while to come out, but honestly the bread was fresh and made up for it. Staff were nice about the delay, checked on us a couple times. I&rsquo;d go back if I&rsquo;m in the area again.
