The chicken pastilla was the star&mdash;flaky, sweet, and savory all at once. Skewers were good too, juicy and well-spiced. Service stayed attentive without hovering. Place has that worn-in, authentic feel, like it&rsquo;s been doing this forever. Only thing, it got a bit loud as the evening went on. Still, I&rsquo;d sit through the noise for that pastilla again.
