Been coming here for years, and their baklava is the reason. It’s got that perfect balance of sweet honey and crunchy nuts. Honestly, it’s the best I’ve found in the city.

Food's solid, but service is hit or miss. Went on a Tuesday lunch rush and waited 20 minutes for our order. Staff was polite but clearly stretched thin. The free 2-hour parking is a practical plus for this area.

A decent late-night spot if you're craving something sweet. The service was a bit slow, though.

Been coming here for years, and their catfish is always spot on. Perfectly cooked every single time. That's why I keep coming back. The non-alcoholic drinks are a nice touch too.

Their calzone is up there with the best I've had. The sauce really stood out, and it was stuffed with plenty of cheese and meat. A solid choice for a casual lunch.

The owner clearly cares about quality. The menu has interesting specials that change regularly. I tried the daily pasta special, and the portion was huge. Honestly, I had to take half of it home. For the price, you get a lot of food.

The staff here is so nice! They actually remembered our drink order from last time. It makes the place feel super cozy, perfect for catching up with friends.

Tacos are super fresh and flavorful. The lengua and pollo were my picks. Perfect for a quick lunch bite. Came out fast, which I appreciate.

Solid lunch spot. Got the spaghetti special for about $15 - came with a salad and a drink. Portion was good, definitely fills you up. The pasta was cooked right, not mushy. A better choice than grabbing fast food.

Perfect spot for a quick bite before the ferry. The fish tacos were fresh and crispy, and they had our order ready in minutes. Really hit the spot.

Been coming here for years. The fixed menu is always solid - you get that nice progression from small bites to the nigiri. Yeah, it's a bit of a splurge, but I keep coming back for the consistency. Never had a bad piece of fish here.

The server really knew her stuff. She walked us through the different peppers in each dish, even though we were the last table. Never felt rushed. That kind of patience is nice.

We've been here a few times for date nights. The atmosphere is peaceful and upscale, and the staff are consistently friendly. The portions are generous for the price point, which is a big plus for us.

They brought back the Korean menu! 😍 Got the bibimbap at the SLU spot, and it was just as good as I remembered. Quick service, order was perfect.

Hit up their happy hour with friends. The sake flight was fun to try, and the little free parking lot saved us a headache in this neighborhood. Good spot to unwind.

This restaurant has an amazing atmosphere, especially on game days! The servers are incredibly friendly and provide great service, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal before the game.

The brunch experience at Portage Bay was fantastic! The service was quick and friendly, and the food was delicious, especially the crab cake Benedict and the thick-cut bacon. Definitely a place to revisit!

Umigawa deserves a higher rating for its fresh and delicious raw fish. The California roll and spicy tuna roll are particularly noteworthy, showcasing the chef's skill and creativity.

Owner was super nice. Chef came out to serve us himself on a quiet night. Felt like a personal touch you don’t get at most quick spots. Made a simple dinner feel a bit more unique.

This restaurant is not just about great food; it's about the overall experience. From the attentive service to the delightful atmosphere, Amarone is a place where you can truly enjoy a memorable meal.

Stopped by for lunch, the place was nice and quiet. Big windows, lots of light. The sports stuff on the walls was a cool throwback vibe. Got the chicken sandwich, it was solid.

The restroom was a bit of a letdown, could definitely be cleaner. But hey, the food was solid and the portions are huge for the price.

The semi-private booths here are great. They give you a little space to yourself without feeling totally closed off. Had a solid pepperoni pizza and the vibe was just right for a casual dinner.
