Steak was spot on, cooked exactly how I asked. Steve runs a tight ship, got me in and out quick. Best bite I've had in Amsterdam for sure.

We arrived late and the kitchen was basically closed, but they still let us order the vegan gyoza and satay. Really appreciated that. The gyoza were the highlight.

We stopped by for dinner and honestly the vibe was the best part. Seats were comfortable enough to just sit and chat after we finished eating. Had a cocktail to wrap things up, decent but nothing crazy. Place wasn't too loud either, which I appreciated. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The grilled sea bass was cooked just right, flaky and juicy. Service was fast, even though the place was packed on a Friday night. Prices are a bit steep for the neighborhood, but the portion size made up for it. I'd come back if I'm craving seafood again.

The etli ekmek was spot on, really close to what I had in Turkey. Prices are fair for Amsterdam too. Place gets busy, but worth it.

The ambiance at this restaurant is truly sophisticated and calm, making it a perfect spot for a special dinner. The food was very good, and the service was friendly.

The beef pho was solid. The chef’s special comes with a tray of condiments so you can adjust the flavor yourself. Prawn rolls were decent too. Service was quick and they even closed the door when it got chilly. Nothing fancy, but it does the job.

Good spot right by the station, lots of choices. Prices are a bit steep though. Fine if you're hungry and don't want to walk far.

The Flame Kiss Salmon Roll was solid—fresh fish, good texture. Golden Dragon Roll did the job too. Probably the best sushi I've had in this area so far.

Stopped by for a late lunch right on the canal—nice breeze, easy vibe. Burger was properly juicy, and the loaded fries hit the spot. I had a glass of their house red with it, which worked better than expected. Service was quick, no fuss. Maybe a bit touristy, but fine for what it is.

The short rib was seriously good — super tender and flavorful. Fries were thin and crispy too. Easy spot to grab dinner with friends before heading out.

Had a quiet dinner here last week. Started with the Napoli - nice mix of textures. Sausage pasta was decent, seafood one pretty good too. Prices fair for what you get. Easy to reach, which helps. Nothing fancy but solid enough for a casual meal. Maybe slightly busy around 7 but we still got a table.

Stumbled on this spot while wandering the shopping street. Nicola knew exactly how to explain the dishes and wines. The picanha was really good.

The tomato soup was the standout for me. Had it with a side of granola and yogurt, quick bite before my train. Soup had real depth, not the watery stuff you usually get. Coffee was decent too. Place does exactly what it needs to do.

The sweet potato soup was the star. Creamy, slightly sweet, real depth of flavor. I just ordered that and left full. Didn't really talk to anyone, just ate. Menu's got plenty of other stuff that looked decent too. Solid choice if you want something simple and filling. Maybe not a destination spot, but it does the job.

The vegan burger was solid—homemade patty, good texture, and the fries were spot on. Organic beer paired well with it. Just found the lighting a bit too dim for my taste.

Service was quick, food came out hot and fresh. Place was clean too, honestly nicer than your usual McDonald's. Solid stop if you're in the area.

The terrace is the main reason to come here. Grabbed a seat after a long bike ride through the park, perfect for soaking up the sun. Service was a bit slow, but the vibe made up for it.

Nice setting, beautiful lake view, nice staff. Food was good, not an original menu but enough choices for everyone’s tasting. The fish soup was excellent and the chicken (from the Caesar salad) was seasoned well. Friendly and patient waitress. All in all a relaxed extra long lunch, we had fun.

Busy place, but the food’s consistently good and portions are solid. Plenty of veggie options too. Staff kept things moving despite the crowd.

Solid fries. Thick cut, crispy outside, fluffy inside. Saté sauce was the highlight, really good. Place was busy but worth it. Definitely coming back next time I'm in town.

We went for dinner on a weekday, place was pretty quiet. Had the set menu for two, food was solid and honestly priced for what you get. It's tucked away from the main streets so no traffic noise. Staff left us alone mostly, which I liked. Not mind-blowing, but a decent spot if you're in the area.

The lunch tasting platter was solid—lots of homemade hot and cold dishes, way more than I expected. I told them I don’t eat cheese and they actually adjusted things without making it awkward. That never happens. Just wish the bread was a bit warmer, but honestly I’d go back for that platter again.

The oysters and lobster were really good, but the tuna steak fell a bit flat. Gorgeous spot for a catch-up though, just maybe not the best value for what you get. 🦞

Delicious food and nice ambience. We went on a less busy day, there were less staff, food was served quick and the service was great. We took our dog along with us and he was comfortable. No parking on the street, but parking was available in the next street, which is couple of minutes away.

Tasting menu was solid. Every plate came out looking sharp, flavors actually balanced. Wine pairing matched well. Service chill, not hovering. Price is steep though. Fine for a one-off treat, not a regular spot.

The arancini and tuna tataki held up surprisingly well as takeout. Even the goat's cheese tartlets came with little coulis dispensers and proper garnishes—felt like they actually cared about the presentation. Opened a nice bottle of Sancerre to go with it, worked a treat. Only hiccup was the wait, but worth it.

Stumbled onto this little place for a quiet afternoon. The coffee was solid and the cake really hit the spot. Outdoor seating is a bit wobbly, so watch out, but it didn't bother me much. Just a nice spot to sit and do nothing for a while. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Decent spot for a quick dinner. Portions are big and the price is right. Service was fast too, no complaints.

The tzatziki here is seriously good, and I loved that there were plenty of veggie options for the group. Feels like a proper family-run place, super chill for hanging out with friends.
