No. 5 of Local Restaurants in Naha

The restaurant has a wonderful, lively atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a wide variety of dishes. The option of half-size portions is especially thoughtful and ideal for solo diners.

Stumbled upon this spot. The noodles had such a nice chew, and the broth was light with a lovely dashi flavor.

Convenient spot near Naminoue Beach. Tried the Okinawa soba. Broth was light but flavorful, noodles had a nice chew. Just what I needed after walking around the historical sites nearby.

I enjoyed a delightful lunch with a great selection of dishes. The roast beef was tender and flavorful, and the buffet offered a wide variety of appetizers. The overall experience was satisfying and worth the visit.

Stopped in after shopping. The katsu curry rice was just right for a rainy afternoon. What stood out was the freshness of the ingredients, especially the crisp vegetables in the curry. A very cozy spot.

The burger's patty is juicy and the bun is perfectly toasted. Price is on the higher side though.

I was impressed by the variety of dishes offered in the course menu at BACAR. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, and the pizza was definitely the star of the show!

The boiled gyoza soba set was a solid choice. Broth was clear, not heavy. The barley in the noodles gave it a nice aroma. The gyoza broth paired well with the dumplings, didn't drown them out. Good for a quick, filling lunch.

The tatami rooms are a nice touch for families with kids. They even have little chairs. Staff handled our last-minute seating change without any fuss.

The sushi is great, but honestly, the grilled fish was the highlight for me. Got the whole sea bream, perfectly cooked and so much meat for the price. Felt like a real deal.

The toast here is really good. Nice chewy texture, great plain or as French toast. Just had it with coffee, simple and satisfying.

Staff was quick, and the restrooms were spotless. It does get busy, but there's plenty of room for a group.

Been coming here for years, and the house salad is always the same. Fresh greens, that light dressing. It’s simple, but I look forward to it every time. The shikwasa sour is a nice match.

Came for a quick lunch, but ended up staying longer. They had a local folk band playing live. It was a nice surprise, made the meal feel different. Food was okay, but the music was the highlight.

Came in for a weekday lunch set. It was nice and quiet, not crowded at all. The grilled fish in the set was cooked just right, not dry. Good portion for the price.

Been coming here for years. The avocado burger is my go-to, the patty's always juicy and the avocado is fresh. The bacon cheeseburger's solid too. They just get the basics right.

The ramen broth is pretty good, rich and creamy. You can adjust the spice and noodle texture, which is nice. The egg was cooked just right.

The staff here are super friendly and speak English, which was a big help. The grilled chicken skewers were spot on, really juicy and well-seasoned. The vibe is just right for a casual dinner. A solid izakaya experience.

Good spot on the 2nd floor of the public market. The sashimi was very fresh, which makes sense given the location. Had a quick solo lunch there. It's efficient for a business meal. The atmosphere is relaxed, not rushed.

The owner is so warm, it really feels like visiting a friend's place. I loved the fresh ingredients in their signature pasta. A bit on the pricier side, but the vibe is just right for a cozy dinner.

Booked ahead, which was good - seemed busy. It's really convenient, just a few minutes from Miebashi Station. Made getting there easy after a long day.

The bread and herbal tea selection are great. Prices are a bit high for the portion sizes though.
