Been coming here for years, and the uni is always the highlight. That sweet, creamy flavor is so consistent. Got the 13-piece set again last night, and the uni just hits the spot every single time.

The chef's little comedy routine after cooking was a fun surprise. I wasn't expecting that at all! The walls are also covered in cool old baseball stuff, which gives the place a unique vibe. Food was really good too.

The fried gurukun is the reason to come. The batter is light and crisp, the fish inside is flaky and moist. It's a local favorite, and you can taste why.

This restaurant offers a luxurious dining experience with a beautiful ambiance. The Edomae sushi is some of the best I've ever had, and the chef's dedication to quality is evident in every bite.

Tried their Mac and cheese burger. The patty was cooked just right, juicy and flavorful. It's a bit on the pricier side for a burger, but the portion is huge and really filling. Ended up taking half of it home.

Parking's a bit of a hassle since they don't have their own lot. Had to use a paid one nearby. But it's right on the way to the airport, so it's handy for that.

The hand brew was really good. The space is interesting, feels more like a coffee roastery than a regular cafe. A nice spot to sit and watch them work.

Their Boss Shake Coffee is my go-to. A really unique cold brew that actually keeps me alert. Perfect for a quick food court stop.

The French touch in the preparation was subtle but clear. It gave the local Okinawan dishes a light, creative lift I wasn't expecting. A nice surprise.

The peanut tofu was a standout, very flavorful. Sweet potato andagi were also good, perfectly fried. You can tell they put care into the food. A solid meal, though the pace between courses felt a bit slow for a business lunch.

The Japanese chef's dedication to South Indian cooking is fascinating. The sambar was spot-on, rich and complex. A really unique vibe in the space, felt authentic yet fresh.

The horse sashimi was a first for me. Thinly sliced, served with a garlic soy sauce that really brought out the flavor. A unique experience, though the texture takes a little getting used to.

Friendly staff let me try a few flavors first. Salt cookie ice cream was the best, but the portion felt a bit small for the price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The English menu made ordering simple, though the QR code was a bit slow to load.

The beef bowl is always a solid choice here. Tried the spicy miso version this time, and the broth had a nice depth. Portion was decent for the price. Menu does have a lot of options, which is good.

I highly recommend trying the oriental curry here; it's made with a rich bonito stock and has a perfect balance of flavors. The combination of great food and a beautiful view makes this place special.

Spacious food court, good for groups. We lingered over coffee after our ramen. The tonkotsu broth was rich, noodles had a nice chew. A bit loud near the entrance, but fine further in.
