Came for the wine, stayed for the welcome. The staff actually listens and picks something you'll like. Cheese board did the job.

We stopped here for a quick lunch and it was pretty painless. Service was fast and friendly, which I appreciated. The food was decent, nothing fancy, but the price felt fair for what you got. A quiet little spot in the middle of Namur, easy to pop into if you're in a hurry. I'd sit outside again, the chairs were comfy enough.

Loved the vintage arcade machine, felt like a proper throwback. Peanuts on the house were a nice touch.

Came here on a random weekday, no fuss. Portions are really decent for what you pay, that set menu is honestly a solid deal. Service was friendly, nothing over the top, just fine. Place itself is pretty basic though, tables a bit close together. But for a quick bite, it does the job.

Right on the Grand Place, terrace is perfect for just sitting and watching people go by. Had a beer and something to eat, both were fine. Service was a bit short but nothing crazy. Prices are what you'd expect for the location.

Kalypta is a hidden gem in Leuven with a vibrant atmosphere and great music. The food is not only tasty but also beautifully presented, making it a wonderful dining experience.

Solid burgers and the ribs were properly juicy. Malbec from Argentina went way better with the food than I expected for this part of town. Place feels like a real upgrade from before.

Reasonable prices and a big menu of Belgian classics. Staff were friendly and we got our food quick. Solid spot for a filling lunch.

Stopped by for a kriek and honestly the selection is solid. Had the framboise, it was fresh and not too sweet. Place gets a bit loud later in the evening though. Fine if you just want a quiet beer earlier.

Tried the veggie stir fry and pesto pasta on separate visits—both solid and reasonably priced. Just ask for extra onions.

Oysters and Wagyu carpaccio were spot on, but the Holstein steak really stole it for me. Owner checked in on us a couple times, nice touch. Crepes Suzette for dessert, proper way to end.

Nice spot on the terrace by the abbey ponds. Food's okay, standard brasserie stuff. Bit pricey for what you get, but the setting makes up for it.

Solid spot for a beer in LLN. Prices are fair, though my cocktail felt a bit weak. Hit or miss on the drinks, but fine for a casual stop.

Food’s always on point and the staff actually remember us now. Kinda makes it our go-to spot with the girls.

The terrace faces the square, that’s the main draw. Had a beer, sat there watching people. Drink was cold, nothing fancy. Staff left me alone mostly, which was fine. Good enough for a quick stop if you’re nearby and want a seat outside.

Stopped by for a coffee and a pastry — the corner spot is easy to miss but the apothecary vibe inside is really something. Had the pistachio cake, it was moist without being too sweet. Coffee was solid too. Place was a bit busy around noon, took a few minutes to get served. Still, I'd come back for the quiet corner seat.

Grabbed a quick lunch here. Food was solid, cocktails were well-made too. Staff didn't waste my time, got me in and out fast. Place had a decent buzz but not too loud to eat. Would hit it again if I'm in the area and short on time.

Stumbled onto this place in a little alley and honestly the service felt way too formal for a casual dinner with friends 😅 Food was solid though. Desserts were kinda meh, nothing exciting. I'd come back for the main dishes but maybe skip the sweets. Good spot if you're in the area and want something decent without the tourist crowds.

Nice spot for a glass of wine. Had the Vignato bubbles on the terrace—good pick for a warm evening. Staff were friendly, nothing fancy but solid.
