Stopped by for a quick lunch. Place has that Venetian look, kinda nice. Got the pasta, it was solid. Service was fast, no waiting around. Good spot if you're in a hurry but still want something decent.

Lovely terrace and the pancakes really hit the spot. Combo deals are decently priced too. Got busy around noon, but the bar seating saved us. Laptop limit is 45 mins during rush, didn't bother me though.

Beautiful chateau with great views over Namur. The terrace is lovely for lunch, and the staff were friendly. Building looks impressive from the outside too.

The Belgian hot chocolate was the standout — rich, not overly sweet. Breakfast bowl was decent too. Coffee did the job. Place was busy but service kept up fine. Nothing fancy, but I'd stop by again if I'm in the area.

Stumbled into this brasserie in Namur and the interior really caught me off guard—like stepping into another era. Didn’t expect that from the outside. Food was solid, nothing crazy, but the vibe alone made it worth stopping. Staff were nice too. Maybe not a destination spot, but if you’re nearby, it’s a good pick.

The steak frites was cooked properly and the sauce had real depth. Classic brasserie menu, nothing fancy but it hit the spot. Service was fine, though the place gets busy around noon.

Stopped by for a quick coffee and a pastry. The place was clean and the guy at the counter was friendly enough. Pastry was good, but honestly, for the size of it, the price felt a bit steep. I get that you're paying for the location, but I've had better value elsewhere. Fine for a one-off, not a regular spot for me.

Service was quick and the staff actually seemed to give a damn. Been coming here for a while now and they still keep it consistent. That's why I keep coming back.

We booked for a big group and honestly the staff handled it so well. Everyone got their food at the same time, which never happens. We were a loud bunch but they didn't seem annoyed at all. Solid pick if you're planning something with friends. Just maybe book ahead, it got busy fast.

The mussels were spot on, and that white asparagus... so good. Portions are generous for the price.

Solid tapas spot. Grilled veg and patatas bravas were the standouts. Staff managed to stay helpful even when it got busy. Nothing fancy, just decent food and a relaxed vibe. Would go back if I'm in the area.

The vegan bowl was solid—staff actually knew their stuff when I asked for help building one. Went with the tofu and roasted veggies, worked out better than I expected. A glass of dry white cut through the dressing nicely. Place was a bit busy but they didn't rush me. Would come back for that bowl again.

The bread here is genuinely good—proper crust, soft inside. Got a sandwich too, way better than your average bakery stuff. Slightly on the pricey side, but you can tell they put effort into it. I'd grab one again if I'm nearby.

The fish was fresh, no complaints there. They’ve got a few veggie options too, which I appreciated. Japanese beer selection is decent, nothing crazy but enough to find something you like. Place itself felt a bit cramped though, tables are close together. Fine for a quick meal, just don’t expect to linger too long.

Nice house wine and friendly staff. Good enough spot to grab a drink and watch the world go by. Nothing fancy, but it does the job.

Stopped by for a quick bite and honestly left impressed. The stoofvlees was proper, tender and rich. Service was friendly enough, didn't have to wait long. Place was busy but not chaotic. Only thing, the fries could've been crispier, but I've had worse. Solid spot if you're in the area and want something simple.

Stopped by for a quiche to go—bigger than expected, easily two portions. Good value. Even late on a weekday they had fresh ones coming out. Solid spot.

We came for a work dinner and honestly the mains were so big we skipped starters. I had the grilled fish, it was fresh and flaky, not overcooked. Portions are really generous, left full. Only thing, it was a bit loud for conversation. But for a casual weeknight, fine.

Tried the tasting menu and honestly the salmon carpaccio was the star for me. So fresh, melted right on the tongue. The rest was solid too, nothing felt like filler. Service stayed sharp even when the room got busy. Only tiny thing—pacing was a bit quick between courses. But I left full and happy.

Sushi was fresh, some of the best I've had in Waterloo. Staff friendly, service quick when dining in. Delivery was slow though.

Decent spot with a big menu — Italian, Asian, all sorts. I had the pasta and it was pretty good. Staff were friendly enough, didn’t rush us. Place got a bit noisy later on, but fine for a casual meal. Wouldn’t mind going back if I’m in the area.

The maki here are really well made—lots of filling, not too much rice. Some of the best sushi I’ve found in the area, honestly.

Nice local spot with a decent beer list. Had the mussels—fresh and well-prepared. Fries were a bit soft for my liking, but the terrace by the bridge makes up for it.

The fries were crispy and not greasy at all. You can tell they use beef fat — makes a real difference. Pretty solid spot for a classic Belgian snack.

Great cheese and cured meat selection. Owner actually knows what they're talking about when you ask questions. Quality felt proper for the price.

The restaurant has a charming ambiance and generous portions at reasonable prices. It's a great value for the quality of food you receive.

Zorba restaurant has the ability to directly transport you to Greece. I went two times, one with my family and one alone, and the food and the service was extremly good. For working reasons, I living alone in Leuven for a short period of time, however when I am there I feel a little bit closer to home. I totally recommend you to go there if you are around Leuven. Thanks a lot!

Cocktails were solid, bartender knew what they were doing. Place gets packed later though, hard to find a seat. Good for a quick drink if you're in the area, just don't expect it to be chill.
