There are also 39 two-star restaurants and 241 one-star restaurants. There are 17 Michelin restaurants on our planned itinerary, but unfortunately it is difficult to taste them due to limited time. Die Hirschgass Heidelberg Hotel owns the only Michelin restaurant in Heidelberg: the French Le Gourmet, which has one star, but is closed on weekends and Mondays. I ordered their famous Schnitzel and it lived up to the name. The cutlet was crispy and juicy at the same time. So delicious! The service was also friendly and efficient. Apparently the restaurant was packed but they managed to serve me in due time. The waiter also recommended a local lemonade which went really well with the cutlet. All in all, if you want to find the best Schnitzel in Berlin, this is the place!
