A hidden gem for cocktail lovers! The drinks are not only well-prepared but also served in unique glasses, adding to the overall experience.

Stopped in for a late drink and ended up staying longer than planned. The cocktail list is short but well thought out — my negroni was properly made, not too sweet. Ordered a few small plates to go with it; the food does the job. Bartender knew when to chat and when to leave you alone. Place has that easy, unpretentious feel. Wouldn't mind coming back on a quieter weeknight.

The pulpo with chorizo was the best thing I ate all week. Tender, smoky, that combo just works. Oysters were fresh too, no complaints there. Cocktails though... my spicy margarita had zero heat, and the Paloma was basically sugar water. Stick to wine and the food, skip the bar.

Decent spot for a beer if you're tired of the touristy places. Selection is solid, and the vibe is relaxed. It's tucked away a bit, so you get more locals than visitors. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Wouldn't go out of my way, but happy to stop by again if I'm in the area.

Came for a drink, stayed way longer than planned because of the games. Staff were really friendly, place felt cozy without being cramped. Tried the apple pie too — that’s the one thing I’d actually order again. Maybe not the most exciting spot, but it does what it does well.

Stopped by for a beer and ended up staying longer than planned. The owner actually takes time to talk, not just the usual small talk. Told him what I usually drink and he picked something spot on. Prices are okay for the area, not cheap but not crazy either. Place has that local feel you don't always get in the center.

Came for the ham & cheese omelette. Solid quick bite right in the city center. Price is fair for the location. Service was fast enough.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and honestly the staff saved the day. Marie was on it—fast, friendly, didn't have to wait long for anything. Food was decent, nothing crazy, but when you're in a rush that's all you need. Place was a bit busy but they kept things moving. Solid spot for a quick bite if you're nearby.

Been coming here for a while now. Bartenders still remember my name, that's why I keep going back. Place has that mix of tourists and regulars, but it never feels too touristy. Just a solid spot in the middle of everything. Maybe not the cheapest, but you pay for the vibe.

Stopped by for an afternoon drink. Place still has that old-school vibe, nothing fancy but solid. Good spot to watch people pass by. Service was fine, no complaints.

Stopped by for a drink and the staff were really friendly. Nice to find a proper local pub in the middle of the city. Beer was good, and the vibe was relaxed. Only thing is it can get a bit busy, but that's part of the charm I guess. Would happily go back.

Very nice place to have a bite nearby the central station. I like coming here for the food and cozy Spanish atmosphere. Would come again and definitely recommend!

Came here on a weeknight and the place had a nice mix of people, not just one crowd. Music was loud enough to feel lively but we could still talk without shouting. Chairs were actually comfortable, which is rare for a bar. Stayed longer than I planned.

Came here with a couple of friends after a walk in the park. The elderflower lemonade was so refreshing, exactly what we needed. Location is super convenient, right on the corner. We sat outside and just chilled for a while. Service was fine, nothing crazy, but the vibe made up for it. Would come back if I'm in the area again 🌿

The corner spot really comes alive when it gets warm out. People just spill onto the street with their drinks. I grabbed a local craft beer, nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. Place was buzzing, maybe a bit too loud if you want actual conversation. But for a relaxed evening drink, it worked.

Decent tap list for Belgian beers, that’s for sure. Place gets packed, but the bartenders handle it fine. Was in for a quick one last week, didn’t have to wait long. Not the spot for a quiet chat when it’s busy though. Still, solid for a drink.

Decent spot for a proper meal. Sea bass was nicely done, pretty tasty. Place has a good vibe, not too loud. It's on the pricier side, but the food holds up. Wouldn't come here every week, but fine for a change.

The wine flight was a nice way to try a few different things. The owner clearly knows his stuff, told us a bit about each pour. Felt personal, not rushed.

Cozy spot, loved the vibe. Merel took good care of us, super friendly. Food was tasty, would stop by again if I'm in the neighborhood.

Lovely little spot in the center. The patatas bravas were properly crispy, best I've had here. Sangria was decent too. Portion sizes are fair for what you pay.

Went here last week and grabbed the truffle ravioli. That dish was solid, really well made. The cauliflower starter was good too, nice flavours. Staff were friendly enough, kept checking in. Only thing is the vegan menu is pretty thin, but I'd still go back if I'm in the area.

The apple pie is solid, real Dutch style. Irish coffee hits the spot too. Staff could be more on top of things, but the pie alone keeps me coming back.

This cocktail bar has a fantastic atmosphere with friendly staff who really know how to mix a great drink. I highly recommend trying their signature cocktails!

Nice cocktails and a relaxed vibe inside the Van der Valk. Bartender was friendly. Good spot to unwind, though I wish they had a few more fresh juice options.

Loved the Monday quiz night—such a chill spot for students. Staff were friendly and the prices didn’t hurt. Fair for Maastricht, honestly.

Right at the ferry terminal, super handy. Fish and chips were solid, though the salad was pretty plain. Bit pricey for the portion size.

Sandwiches were solid, fresh ingredients. Service quick and friendly. Decent spot for a business lunch, nothing fancy but does the job.

The Guinness was perfect, proper pour. Didn't care much about the place itself, but the food held up fine. Good enough for a casual stop.
