The ambiance, the main reason for our visit, looked exactly like the photos. With only the candles lit in the evening, it created a wonderfully warm and authentic atmosphere.

We had never been here but we’re thoroughly surprised with the place. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful and had a very warm vibe to it. The staff were very patient and helpful with us, making sure we had a good dining experience. The food was good however i found the steak a bit dry. This did nothing to reduce how much we enjoyed ourselves. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to others and we’ll most likely come back ourselves.

Breakfast here hit the spot before we headed out of Amsterdam. Eggs came with decent coffee, and the price felt fair for the neighbourhood. Sat outside by the canal, sunny morning, no rush at all. Only thing—service took a bit to get going, but the view made up for it. Would’ve liked a proper Bloody Mary to go with it though.

Came here on a quiet Tuesday night, sat by the window. Canal view is really something, especially when it gets dark. Staff didn't hover, just left us alone until we needed them. Had the tapas plate to start, decent variety. Pork schnitzel was cooked right, crispy outside, juicy inside. Paid about what I expected for the area. Not a place I'd rush back to, but solid if you're nearby.

Stopped by for a coffee last week, sat outside on the terrace across the street. Nice spot, nothing fancy. Service was friendly enough, didn't have to wait long. Good for a quick break if you're in the area. Prices are fair for what you get. I'd come back if I'm passing by.

The croque monsieur was pretty good—cheesy, crispy, exactly what I needed. Service was friendly too. It’s a decent spot for a casual bite, though I can see how it might be hit or miss depending on when you go. Mine was fine, so no complaints.

Nice little spot with a sunny terrace. Gets crowded so inside seating's tight, but service keeps things moving. Good enough for a quick coffee stop.

The hazelnut flute was solid—flaky, not too sweet. Ham-and-cheese croissant did the job too. Pastries were fresh, which is the main thing for me. Service was quick even with a line behind me. No complaints. Would stop by again if I'm in the area.

The parmigiana was the standout—rich and properly layered. Terrace was nice too, but that dish did it for me.

Lovely spot for catching up with friends over brunch. The interior is really stylish and calm, staff were super attentive. Food was well-prepared, though slightly pricey for what you get.

The eggs with avocado mousse were really good, and the burger didn’t disappoint either. Nice spot for a Sunday brunch, staff was friendly. Interior looks great, though it did get a bit busy.

Stopped by for a late afternoon drink. Place has a relaxed vibe, decent music, not too loud. Food was okay, nothing crazy. Service took a while though, even for just a couple of beers. Fine if you're not in a hurry and just want to sit outside. Fair for what it is.

I had a lovely meal here with a great promotion. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making the experience enjoyable.

The pumpkin soup really stood out. Chef Luis actually came by the table to walk us through how he makes it, which was a nice touch. Croque madame and monsieur were solid too, though the soup was the highlight for me. Place has a decent vibe, nothing fancy, but the food does the talking.

Stopped by for a drink and somehow stayed way longer than planned. The place has this relaxed vibe that makes it easy to just sit and chat. Staff were friendly, not pushy at all. Handy spot if you're around the Science Museum area. Only thing is the chairs aren't the comfiest for a long sit, but I still didn't want to leave.

The nachos were really good and the beer list had some nice options. Prices felt fair for the area too. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfortable, the stools got old after a while.

The rendang pistolet was decent but the bread felt a bit plain. Coffee was excellent though. Just not sure it's worth the price.

The hot chocolate was perfect for a chilly day and that sausage pastry thing was surprisingly light. Service was quick even though someone was clearly still learning. Good spot for a casual catch-up ☕️

The food was solid and the staff really friendly. They even brought us a free tea which was a nice touch. Smoothies are worth trying. Prices felt fair for what you get. Only thing is seating was a bit cramped, but I’d still come back.

Cozy little spot with a proper neighbourhood feel. Sat outside, plenty of room, and the dog was perfectly happy under the table. Had a glass of their house red while I waited for the food—nothing fancy, but it did the job. Service was friendly enough, though it took a while to get the bill. Fine for a lazy afternoon.

The apple pie here is seriously good—classic, not too sweet, just right. I came with a couple of friends and we ended up staying way longer than planned, just chatting over coffee. Cozy little spot to people-watch too. Only thing is it got a bit busy later, but that’s probably a good sign 😄

The croissant was actually good. Buttery, flaky, proper layers. Filter coffee did the job too. Tried the flat white as well, decent enough. Staff were friendly but honestly I just came for the pastry. Would grab that croissant again if I'm around Utrecht.

The Eton mess and chocolate trio were spot on. Service did the job. Already thinking about going back.

Friendly staff made the dinner easy and relaxed. Menu had enough variety for a hotel spot, prices fair. Sat near the window, nice view. Solid choice if you're staying here.

Cozy little spot, right in the center. The triple beer was solid, went down easy with the bitterballen. Service was friendly, though it took a moment to get the bill.

The upstairs seating has this beautiful soft light and a view over the whole café. Lovely spot to just sit with a cappuccino and apple cake. ☕

Dropped by for dinner with a couple of friends and honestly the duck was the highlight 🦆. Menu’s pretty big so we took forever deciding but no regrets. Portions are decently sized, we left super full. It’s not the cheapest spot but for a fun night out it worked. Place got a bit loud later though, so maybe go early if you want to chat easily.

The burger and apple pie were pretty good, staff friendly too. Place had a decent vibe, nothing fancy but fine for a casual stop.

Cozy little place, friendly staff. The banana pie was the real highlight—felt properly homemade. Would've liked a better wine list to match, but the vibe made up for it.

Decent spot with a proper old-school feel. Beer list is solid and the food won't break the bank. Staff gave some good recommendations. Interior's a bit dated but that's part of the charm.
