Popped in for a quick lunch. The grab-and-go fridge is such a handy option. Everything I picked was fresh and tasty. The seating area was a bit cramped, but it's fine for a solo bite.

Made the drive just for their Chicago deep dish. It's huge! Got a whole box of leftovers to take home. They even let us bring our dog inside, which was a nice surprise.

The team here is really nice. They noticed my elderly aunt had trouble with the stairs and helped her find a comfortable table without us even asking. That sort of consideration means a lot.

Love the new look! The touch-screen ordering is a game changer for a quick catch-up with mates.

The smashed burger was spot on, really juicy with that crispy edge. I went with a local IPA on tap, and the hoppy bitterness cut through the richness nicely. Chips were solid. Quick service for a lunch stop.

A lovely spot for plant-based meals. I really appreciated how fresh the ingredients were in my salad and the seasonal veggie bowl. The flavours felt clean and well-balanced. Service was friendly and attentive.

Booked afternoon tea at Slayley hall. On arrival shown to table set up in the main restaurant which was unfortunately very noisy due to amount of people in there. Asked if we could have it in one of the smaller rooms and we were shown to the whisky snug which was perfect for afternoon tea. Waiter who looked after us was amazing and we felt like nothing was too much trouble. He explained everything that was on the afternoon tea and options. The food was lovely and very fresh and the surroundings perfect for an afternoon tea.

The staff were really helpful with the BBQ process, especially for a first-timer. Made it easy to get the hang of it.

The hot chocolate was a real winner for my friend who doesn't do coffee. We ended up sharing a few of the biscuits while we chatted, which was a nice touch. Good spot for a casual catch-up.

Cosy spot, and the staff are genuinely attentive. You can tell they care about the details, which made the evening feel relaxed. Service was spot-on without being overbearing.

Lovely little cafe with those stunning countryside views. The atmosphere is so calming, perfect for a relaxed stop. I did wish they had a slightly more interesting tea selection to go with the scenery, but it's spotlessly clean.

Loved the grungy beer garden, it's got a proper alternative vibe. The space feels unique and fits the place perfectly. Just a heads up, the seating is a bit basic but that's part of the charm. A solid spot for a casual pint.
