Chefs present each dish themselves. Tell a little story about it. Hand-roll Iwashi was the best part. That personal touch made the meal.

Simple lunch with a nice view of the slopes. The quiche plate was tasty, proper hotel food.

The staff were so nice even though my Japanese is terrible. They kept checking if I needed more tea without me asking. That kind of service is hard to find.

Cozy cafe with a European vibe. Had the matcha roll cake and a pot of hojicha. The cake was fresh, not too sweet. Good for a quiet break after meetings. A bit pricey for the portion, but the location is very convenient.

Although the menu is somewhat limited, the food quality is decent for a ski resort. The Niigata rice and hotel curry stood out as particularly tasty options.
